If you refuse to use one, the driver reserves the right to refuse transportation, and the fee will not be refunded.

This tour only provides a one-way transfer to the Central Pier. You can go to the pier to take the boat to Lamma Island by yourself.

The number of pieces of luggage that can be accommodated indicated on the vehicle type is based on a 24-inch luggage size calculation standard. Any suitcase larger than 24 inches will be counted as two pieces.

Shuttle Service Description

1. Hong Kong Airport airport drop-off and One- one-way Local Transfer Waiting Time: The driver's free waiting time is 30 minutes. Any time exceeding 30 minutes will be charged an overtime fee of 5 yuan per minute. (Note: Overtime fees may vary during statutory holidays. Please contact customer support for confirmation.) 2. Hong Kong airport pick-up and Local Transfer Waiting Time: The driver's free waiting time is 90 minutes. Any time exceeding 90 minutes will be charged an overtime fee of 5 yuan per minute.

2. Hong Kong <----> Macau/other cities in Guangdong Province: Waiting time for cross-border shuttle service: The driver's free waiting time is 30 minutes. An overtime fee will be charged for any time exceeding 30 minutes. Overtime fee: 250 yuan/30 minutes (less than 30 minutes will be charged as 30 minutes).

3. The car time slot is 07:00-22:00. If you use the car outside the time slot, such as between 22:00 and 07:00, a night service fee will be added. The night service fee for local car service in Hong Kong is 150 yuan/time, the night service fee for local car service in Macau is 200 yuan/time, and the night service fee for cross-border car service between Hong Kong<---->Macau/other cities in Guangdong Province is 300 yuan/time.

4. If you require the driver to wait duration, please negotiate with the driver and pay the overtime waiting fee. If the negotiation is not successful, the driver will no longer wait and may leave, and the booking fee will not be refunded.

The number of passengers or luggage must not exceed the capacity limits disclosed on the website, as this may result in insufficient space in the vehicle and prevent service. If such a situation occurs, the driver may refuse service, and any related losses will be borne by the passenger.

6. Cross-border trips between Hong Kong and Macau/other cities in Guangdong Province: Effective December 1, 2017, due to policy reasons, all trips between Hong Kong and Macau/other cities in Guangdong Province will require passengers to disembark and pass through the Huanggang and Shenzhen Bay ports. Upon disembarking, all luggage must be brought along; the driver cannot carry passenger luggage. If clearance is denied due to personal identification or other issues, the full booking fee will be charged. The free waiting time for customs clearance is 45 minutes. Any delay beyond this time will incur a waiting fee of 5 yuan per minute. Please negotiate with the driver and pay the extra waiting fee. If no agreement is reached, the driver will disembark and the booking fee will not be refunded.

7. booking cannot be canceled free of charge for personal reasons, such as expired documents, inability to enter the country, missing the flight, oversleeping, etc. Once the booking is confirmed, the vehicle rental duration is reserved and the trip is guaranteed. If you need to cancel, please follow the cancellation and change rules on the booking page and the corresponding penalty will be deducted.

8. In case of statutory holidays, the suburban surcharge standards, overtime fee standards, and night service fee standards may change. Please refer to the staff for notification.

9. The default vehicle rental duration for vehicle rental duration marked in the itinerary. If you need to change the vehicle rental duration, please contact the staff at least 15:00 one day in advance. Thank you.
