Reviews: Osaka: Five Must-See Highlights Walking Tour & Ramen Lunch

A very good tour if you want a general overview of what makes Osaka such a unique city, a blend of tradition (castle, temples, artisanal knife factory, etc.) and modernity. Taka, the guide, is a native of Osaka; he knows the city's history very well and shares it with us. However, I didn't appreciate the "commercial" aspect as much; the knife factory stop was just a brief visit aimed at getting us to buy something, which is a shame. The market is fantastic, with lots of street food—a feast for the eyes, nose, and taste buds! I recommend this tour for people who have limited time and want to see the main sights.
