I can’t say enough about booking thru Suitcase Express; it was a GAME CHANGER for our travels between Osaka and Kyoto! They took care of everything from A-Z and made the process seamless , efficient and super easy! There customer service was 20/10! They were always responsive and prompt with emails. They would update me with photos of our luggages being picked up and dropped off. Both times, the suitcases arrived before I got to the hotel Trust me, it was a ‘safe process.’ It made our lives so easy and carefree while traveling on the train. Seeing others drag their suitcases (that was us last year) across the train station and streets made me feel so grateful that this company provides such service at an extremely reasonable price. I saw others using the rental lockers to store or for delivery service but 1) one person couldn’t even fit their suitcase inside the locker and 2) my pricing was only 400¥ more; and mine was a door-to-door service! Highly recommend!

The service is good and easy. But actually it was not necessary for us since our hotel was 500m away from namba station.
