Reviews: Huanglong Jiuzhai Station - Huanglong National Scenic Area - Jiuzhaigou | 1-day tour 5-9 seat join-in or private charter, your choice
Guest User2026-10-30
I arrived at the hotel safely and had to write a positive review. The day before departure, I was worried about not being able to contact me and was a little anxious, unsure what to do. Then I found out the customer service page said to contact them if I hadn't been reached by 10 AM. There are several customer service phone numbers and WeChat accounts I can contact directly, so I didn't have to worry about being stood up. Around 8 PM that evening, the driver for the next day called me to arrange the departure time and pick-up point, and we even added each other on WeChat for easy communication.
Because it was a shared ride, the driver also had to pick up other passengers. One group was Thai, and they didn't speak the language, so it seems the driver and customer service added each other on WeChat and created a group chat. We set off together at the agreed time. When we arrived at Huanglong, he even took us to store our luggage and explained many precautions for high altitudes.
Recently, there have been so many people, and our group was late coming down the mountain. The driver felt very apologetic and bought me a drink, kept apologizing, and told me a lot about local customs. Although we waited a while, I was completely touched by the driver's kindness; I felt a little embarrassed.
In short, having a good driver when traveling saves a lot of trouble. I'll definitely recommend this company to my friends next time they come!★

The driver arrived right on time; however, since it was a shared ride, we had to spend extra time waiting for other passengers who aren't punctual. Overall, the trip went very smoothly.★

Reviews: Huanglong Valley & Jiuzhaigou Private Tour by High-speed Train from Chengdu

Thank you for arranging the trip for the 24th and 25th! The lakes of Jiuzhaigou shimmered like jewels, their waters crystal clear, and the colorful pools of Huanglong were breathtaking. Although we didn't see everything, every sight was a treasure. The tour guide provided detailed explanations of the attractions and showed thoughtful care for our family. The driver was a steady and enthusiastic driver, and his help with our luggage was incredibly heartwarming!★

Reviews: Huanglong 1-Day Tour|Shared Bus&Optional Tickets Included&Optional&Tour Guide

It turned out that this was a tour without a tour guide, so only the driver and the bus picked up at a place that had been informed beforehand.. it's just that there was a lack of information on the bus number that would pick up, so it was a bit confused when there were several buses that stopped.. we were tourists who couldn't speak Chinese, so it was quite confusing at first, because it turned out that the bus was combined with other passengers who were not destined for Huanglong as well.. on the return, picked up by the driver in a small car, because it was just the two of us. Since we wanted to stay at a hotel near the station, we asked if it could be dropped off at the hotel & it turned out that it could be.. cool★
