Data and call services are provided by CSL Mobile Limited ("CSL"). Use of this product constitutes acceptance of the Club Sim General Terms and Conditions (please refer to
www.clubsim.com.hk) and these Terms & Conditions.1. Local data and call service fees are subject to change from time to time, and you must pay according to the applicable rates at the time of use.
2. After renewal, when your monthly usage reaches the speed limit threshold, you will receive an SMS notification. The actual data speed may be lower than the network specifications and is subject to various factors such as your device, location, network configuration, and other external conditions.
3. The validity period is one month, starting from the date you activate the stored-value card. After the validity period ends, the remaining voice and data balance will be canceled.
4. If the auto-top-up feature is activated for this 4.5G no-contract local data and calling service, the service will automatically renew monthly starting from the expiration date, with payments charged to the registered credit card until the auto-renewal feature is canceled.
5. This 4.5G no-contract local data and call service includes a $3 local SMS allowance. Text messages sent locally to 1O1O, csl, Club Sim, and SUN Mobile customers are considered on-network SMS. Text messages sent within Hong Kong to users on other networks are considered off-network SMS. Each on-network SMS will be charged at $0.3, while each off-network SMS will be charged at $0.6. Each SMS can contain up to 160 English characters (including spaces and punctuation) or 70 non-English characters. If an SMS contains both English and non-English characters, the maximum limit is 70 characters. If this limit is exceeded, your message will be split into multiple SMS messages, each of which will be charged separately. Once the monthly $3 allowance is exhausted, local SMS sending services will be suspended until the next 4.5G no-contract local data and call service cycle begins. The monthly allowance is only valid for the current month and cannot be carried over to the next 4.5G no-contract local data and call service cycle. Any unused balance will be forfeited when the current 4.5G no-contract local data and call service ends.

How do I activate a renewal?
For daily-based eSIMs: The renewal booking will automatically activate after the days covered by the first booking's package have used up. You don't need to scan the code again.
