Roaming Calls in China/Macau

"Method 1" Use Phone Home Roaming

1. Call back to Hong Kong and other countries/regions: *132* (Hong Kong phone number).

2. After that, you will hear a message saying, "Thank you for using our service, the number is being connected, please wait for a while." Your mobile phone will then ring, and upon answering, the call will be automatically connected.

"Method 2" Use VoLTE Roaming (Applicable to designated regions with VoLTE roaming network enabled)

1. Call back to Hong Kong: +852 (Hong Kong phone number).

2. Call other countries: + (country code and area code (if any)) (phone number).

1. The quality of roaming service may be affected depending on the roaming region, the roaming network provider and your mobile phone model. Some roaming network providers only support specific phone models.

2. All call usage is calculated on a per-minute basis; any partial minute will be rounded up to a full minute.

3. Incoming calls: Roaming charges will start to accrue when you answer the call.
