Reservations must be made by phone 3 days in advance, subject to on-site availability. Dining, hot spring access, and facilities are only available for same-day use.

The dining format is subject to the restaurant's reservation status on the day. Dinner offerings may vary based on seasonal ingredients, featuring either the chef's seasonal selection of semi-buffet hot pot dishes or buffet-style cuisine.

Swimwear and swim caps are required for the hot spring spa pool, and sports shoes are required for the gym.

The hot spring spa pool is closed every Thursday from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM for cleaning.

● The voucher has no expiration date, but the discount is valid for 8 months. After the discount period ends, you can still use it by paying the difference between the voucher's face value and the current price (including service fee).
