How to use
Taiwan PASS
Eligibility: This pass is only available to short-term foreign visitors to Taiwan.
App Required: This pass must be redeemed and used via the Taiwan PASS App. Click here to download.
Validity Instructions (in order of operation):
Plan Activation: Must be activated within 1 year after purchase by entering the voucher number starting with "85" into the app.
Example: If you purchase a plan on 2025/1/1, you must activate it in the app by 2026/1/1. (App interface displays top card + product category list below.)
Plan Validity Period: After any product is used (transportation, attraction entry, or physical ticket redemption), all remaining products must be used within 7 days (including the first usage day).
Example: If the first product used is "Taipei Fun Pass | 2-Day Transportation Pass", and redeemed at the Unite Traveler counter at Taoyuan Airport Terminal 1 on 2025/1/3, all other products must be used by 2025/1/9.
※ The actual valid period will be automatically updated based on the “Travel Plan Date” after first use or e-voucher issuance. The period cannot be changed manually. Examples include: Taiwan Rail 5-Day Pass, Kaohsiung MRT + LRT 2-Day Pass.
