Helicopter Precautions
The helicopter company is committed to ensuring flights depart as scheduled. However, in unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, sudden pilot unavailability, or unexpected maintenance, flights may be delayed or canceled. In such cases, we will make every effort to arrange a change for you. If conditions permit, we may also coordinate a more suitable travel date for you. Flight changes are subject to seat availability. If a change cannot be arranged, you will receive a refund for the helicopter portion of your booking. Passenger safety is always our top priority for helicopter flights, and such cancellations due to force majeure circumstances do not qualify for additional compensation.

Great Barrier Reef & Outer Reef Platform
Board a luxury multi-level dive boat to reach the Great Barrier Reef or take a premium helicopter to the offshore platform according to your specific itinerary. Along the way, you can experience the magnificent beauty of the Great Barrier Reef.
Free Time
You will now have an activity duration ranging from several hours. Start with a deck sunbath or enjoy playing at the stern's lower water platform.
For the package options of boat round-trip or boat one-way with flight return, please proceed to the Down Under Cruise & Dive counter in the Reef Fleet Terminal lobby for ticket redemption before 7:30am.
Fly out by boat return. Please proceed to the helicopter office for check-in at the reporting time and meeting point specified on your confirmation voucher.

Booking Notice
1) Weight limit: Must be under 130kg; allows for 10% over registered weight. If exceeding 10% of registered weight, additional charges will apply with no refunds for cancellations.
2) Fly-cruise and fly-fly packages cannot be combined with deep diving. 3) Non-helicopter package: child age 4-16 years; helicopter package: child age 3-16 years; infants aged 1-2 years travel free when seated on a guardian's lap.
Deep Diving Related
1) Before deep diving, you must complete a medical health form to confirm your fitness for deep diving.
2. Before the deep dive, the instructor will provide training and guidance, teaching some basic communication gestures and underwater precautions.
3) Do not dive alone or leave the group without permission; follow the instructor's arrangements and guidance.
4) After a single-day scuba dive, it is recommended to avoid high-altitude flights within 24 hours.
5) After multiple deep dives in one day, it is recommended to avoid high-altitude flights within 48 hours. 6) Children under 12 years old cannot participate in deep diving.

In such cases, we will make every effort to arrange a change for you. If conditions permit, we can also coordinate a more suitable travel date for you. Flight changes are subject to cabin class availability. If a change cannot be arranged, you will receive a refund for the helicopter portion of your booking. The safety of our customers is always the top priority for helicopter flights, and such cancellations are due to force majeure with no additional compensation.
If the helicopter flight is canceled, the entire package will be canceled with a full refund for other helicopter-included packages. If only the helicopter portion is canceled, it will be processed as a boat round-trip package, with the price difference for the helicopter portion refunded.
