General notice

1. Age requirements: The scuba diving activity is only available for visitors aged 12 and above. Visitors under 18 must be accompanied by an adult when registering; for instructor-guided snorkeling, adult pricing applies to participants 15 years and older, while child pricing applies to those aged 4-14.

2. Scuba diving restrictions: Snorkeling and scuba diving are not recommended for women during pregnancy or menstruation; scuba diving is prohibited for those under 12 years old; scuba diving is prohibited within 12 hr of high-altitude flights; guests over 65 years old must provide corresponding health certificates to participate in scuba diving.

3. Diving notice: Once booked, no refund will be issued for cancellations of helmet diving or discovery diving due to personal health reasons on the activity day. Travelers shall bear full responsibility. Please read the health and liability waiver carefully before diving and understand all physical conditions that prohibit diving (contact customer support to request the health waiver form).

4. Diving booking: Non-certified diving (including equipment) is available for those without certification. For certified diving (including equipment), please present your diving certificate on the activity day.

5. Recommended items to bring: Sun protection, sunglasses, sun hat, small change, and a credit card.

Diving instructions

1. Before deep diving, the instructor will provide training and guidance, teaching basic communication gestures and underwater precautions

2. Do not dive alone or leave the team without permission; follow the instructor's arrangements and guidance.

3. After a single deep dive in one day, it is recommended not to fly at high altitudes within 12 hours.

4. Snorkeling also consumes some physical energy. Please do not exceed your capabilities, and inform the staff if you have taken any medication.

5. Please cherish marine life and do not damage it, otherwise you will face heavy fines.
