I traveled solo and I don't speak Chinese. Its quite a bummer that I don't understand the language because the driver would actually explain about the town a lot in Chinese while driving the van. But regardless its a nice trip, he picked us up at the hotel, drove to the town and gave us like 4 hours to roam around freely. Then picked us up again to drove us back to the hotel. The van is quite comfortable and feel safe. Very recommended if you're traveling solo and want a convenient trip. The driver will use Wechat to communicate with foreigner.

They were genuinely friendly and humorous, creating a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere throughout the trip, and were great at keeping the group engaged. Their travel experience and sense of responsibility were impeccable; traveling with them made me feel completely safe. For a hassle-free and effortless trip, I highly recommend this tour leader, and I'd love to join them again next time!
