Age Limit

• Children 12 years and below must be accompanied by an adult through out the session.
• All adult and children are required a ticket for admission.
• Admission is subject to tickets produced at the entrance
• All adults and children are required to wear sock through out the session.

General Terms & Conditions

• Should any of the game, rides or activities be under maintenance, no refund will be given, and no rescheduling is allowed.
• The event organizer reserves the right to change, modify, add or remove any of the activities, operation & admission policies, and character meet & greet arrangement without prior notice
• CCTVs are placed and recording inside the premises during the operation hours.
• Photography and videography are permitted, but not while experiencing the activities.
• The event organizer is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged personal articles. For loss of any item, please approach our Patron relation members for assistance.
• Patron should consider yours and your accompanies’ physical condition and strength before participate in any activity provided in the premises. The event organizer and/or affiliates assumes no liability and responsibility for any personal injuries or death and damages of personal belongings occurred.  
• Stroller/Baby Pram is not allowed inside the premises
