This was a great trip! We got picked up at 5:20am and finished around 9pm. The tour guide and driver were nice and very organized. They had everything prepared, including backpacks with everything we needed. Highly recommend reapplying sunscreen throughout the day. The hot springs were gorgeous, and the optional zip lining was a highlight for us!

My husband and I were not feeling well from altitude sickness and Arthur was so accommodating and thoughtful and made the day as enjoyable as possible. It was truly a custom tour and the day went smoothly. He is so knowledgeable. The driver was also so accommodating, picking us up closer to different spots so we didn't have to walk far, which was a problem given how we were feeling. All in all it was a great afternoon..

Ctrip is reliable. Luckily I didn't choose the cheaper option on another app; that one was all shopping. This one was very well-organized, with plenty of activities and ample time. Thumbs up! Learned something new.
