I loved how the class started with a trip to the market to pick out fresh ingredients, which added an authentic touch. The cooking process was engaging and educational, and we learned so much about creating Mexican dishes from scratch. The real highlight was the food itself – the three dishes we made were incredibly fresh and flavorful, nothing like the heavy feeling you sometimes get from restaurant meals. It was a fun, hands-on experience that left me feeling both satisfied and inspired. Highly recommended!

We had a fabulous time cooking and learning from Jose. Got to learn how to make some delicious Salsas, enchiladas and of course some yummy drinks. Will for sure do it again. If you are booking this class make sure you request Jose.

Excellent cooking class and tour of a local market. Chef Lorena was wonderful and courteous. Walking around the market and taste testing foods was a great experience. The kitchen was brightly colored and added to the ambiance of the experience. Each dish was carefully explained and very hands on. I would highly recommend this if you like learning and eating.

The cooking class with Chef José was truly amazing! He is not only the nicest person, answering all my questions with patience but with his background in fine dining, the food we cooked and the tips I got were fantastic! After a trip to the local market around the corner, where José knows all the people, we made tortillas from scratch, great salsas & guacamole, enchilads suizas and other yummy things. I even had the privilege to have a ‘private’ class, as I was the only person who booked for that day. 10/10 can rcommend, would definitely do that class again!


