It was fine. 4 OUT OF 5. Oveall it was nice experience. There was some need for improved communication skills.of driver as they could.not speak english. I had booked 2 taxis. One driver managed english with the help of google translator. Overall i am satisfied. Travelled on 28 sep. With 8 family members.

The point-to-point service was very convenient, from the hotel in Hong Kong to the hotel in Macau, and the entire customs clearance was also very fast. I would definitely take this bus again next time I have the chance.

The booking agent and assigned driver were both excellent with communication and service. We were picked up from Macau airport with our luggage and driven to the Hengqin border crossing. After clearing immigration, we boarded the same car which sent us to our hotel in Zhuhai. Total travel time was barely 45mins and it was comfortable all the way. 4 adults and 2 kids with 4 luggage managed to fit well into a Toyota Alphard.
