I had an incredible experience exploring Ubud thanks to our driver! From the moment he picked me up, he was exceptionally friendly, punctual, and welcoming.
He drove very safely and smoothly, making navigating the busy Bali roads completely stress-free. He was so knowledgeable about the local culture and gave fantastic recommendations for scenic spots, rice terraces, waterfalls, and local hidden gems. The car was clean, cool, and very comfortable throughout the entire trip.
If you are visiting Ubud and want a reliable, kind, and professional driver who genuinely cares about making your trip special, I cannot recommend him enough! 10/10 service! I forgot my bag which has credit cards passport and money and he brought him back★

This trip was very well-organized, covering several popular attractions. The pace was reasonable, not too rushed, allowing for ample time to visit and explore. The driver was excellent, driving smoothly throughout and providing a comfortable ride. He was exceptionally warm and friendly, always greeting passengers with a smile and offering assistance when getting on and off the bus. Overall, the trip was relaxing and enjoyable, and I was very satisfied.★

This day trip to Bali was absolutely fantastic! The driver was incredibly friendly and waited for us at the hotel early in the morning. The drive was smooth, and the Tegallalang Rice Terraces, with their cascading green foliage and charming coconut palms, were like a breathtaking pastoral painting. Tirta Empul Temple had a truly sacred atmosphere, allowing us to feel the rich religious culture and see people devoutly praying at the holy spring. Ubud Palace was exquisitely beautiful, with every carving showcasing the craftsmanship of the artisans. The Ubud Market was bustling with activity, offering a dazzling array of unique handicrafts, and the bargaining was quite fun. In short, it was a wonderful day! Thank you to the driver and customer service representative Miaomiao for making this an unforgettable experience!★

The driver arrived at the hotel on time to pick us up. He was friendly, attentive, drove smoothly, and patiently. We arrived at the pier at 6:30 pm. The captain was also fantastic, very experienced, and took us out to sea to watch dolphins. We saw dolphins many times. Thank you! [rose emoji]★

The driver, guide Mardair, and Cartute were all very nice. It was a very pleasant day, and taking care of the elderly wasn't tiring at all; there wasn't much walking.
