Our day trip starts and ends at a downtown Shanghai hotel, featuring two iconic cultural and natural highlights of Wuxi.
In the morning, depart from Shanghai to Wuxi. First, we arrive at Three Kingdoms Town — a national 5A-rated scenic area and a CCTV film studio built for the TV series Romance of the Three Kingdoms. Walk through the grand castle gate, explore the Peach Garden Runma Field where the legendary oath of brotherhood took place, and visit the Caoying Water & Land Fortress and the Chibi Plank Road. Don't miss the live-action spectacular The Three Heroes vs. Lü Bu — a thrilling horse-riding and combat performance that brings the epic battle to life. Other highlights include the King of Wu's Palace and the Chibi Battle Show, immersing you in the turbulent Three Kingdoms era.
Adjacent to Three Kingdoms Town is Water Margin Town, another CCTV film studio built for the classic TV series Outlaws of the Marsh. Here you can stroll along Zishi Street (Purple Stone Street), visit the Loyalty Hall (Zhongyi Tang) and Xunyang Tower, and experience the Song Dynasty folk culture. Catch the exciting performance The Killing of Ximen Qing featuring aerial stunts and pyrotechnics. The area also offers a chance to take an ancient-style boat ride on Taihu Lake, enjoying the breezy lake views.
Afterward, we head to Yuantouzhu (Turtle Head Islet) Scenic Area — a national 5A-rated site famously praised by poet Guo Moruo as "the best part of Taihu Lake lies in Yuantouzhu". This peninsula juts into Taihu Lake like a giant turtle raising its head, hence its name. Take a ferry boat to Taihu Fairy Island (Sanxian Dao), visiting the Moon Elder Temple, Great Enlightenment Bay, and Lingxiao Hall.
After a full day of film set exploration and lake scenery, we drive back to your downtown Shanghai hotel.

Our service hours are from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. However, your preferences are our priority — departure times can be adjusted flexibly. During peak holiday periods (e.g., Cherry Blossom Season in March-April), we recommend an earlier departure to avoid crowds and enjoy a more relaxed experience.
