Along the way, they patiently explained the scenery and local customs, and always handled any issues promptly and effectively. They took great care of every member of the group, proactively monitoring everyone's well-being and responding promptly to any needs. The route was well-planned, including all the less-visited spots, and they thoughtfully reminded everyone of the best photo locations. They were genuinely friendly and humorous, creating a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere throughout the trip, and were great at keeping the group engaged.
