Reservoir Retreat (Wildlife-led) - Located at Mandai Wildlife EAST[Overnight Glamping Experience + Singapore Zoo &Night Safari Admission Ticket + Guided Tour +Breakfast & Dinner]

1. Please note that the Glamping in the Wild, Mandai Wildlife Reserve does not accept bookings for children under 3 years old. Children must be at least 3 years old to stay at the camp. 2. Guests must present a valid ID for check-in and registration. The person checking in must be at least 21 years old. Each tent must have at least 1 adult aged 21 or above. 3. Pets are not allowed at the camp. 4. The camp enforces a strict non-smoking policy. Smoking is prohibited under any circumstances. 5. Each tent is provided with towels, while shared bathrooms offer shampoo and shower gel. To support sustainable practices, the camp does not provide toothbrushes or other disposable items. We encourage you to bring your own toiletries to contribute to our environmental efforts. Thank you for supporting our green initiatives. 6. Tents do not have private bathrooms. Shared bathroom facilities are open 24 hours, with separate areas for men and women, as well as a family bathroom for added space and privacy. 7. To maintain the quality of the camping experience, please keep noise levels low, especially during quiet hours from 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM, ensuring everyone enjoys a comfortable and pleasant stay. 8. No housekeeping or tent tidying services are provided during your camping stay. We encourage campers to keep their tents tidy throughout their stay. 9. For safety reasons, stoves or any open flames are not permitted in or around the tents. If you bring your own food, please be aware of wild macaques, which are not under our care and may approach if food is left visible. 10. Mandai Wildlife Group is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings during your stay. Campers are advised to secure valuables and ensure tents are locked when unattended. Each tent has its own lock for your safety. 11. To protect the environment, balloons are not allowed at the camp.
