1. A private customized 10-hour charter service with an English-speaking driver, departure from Tokyo's 23 wards. You may freely arrange the sightseeing spots, and we can also recommend routes based on your preferences.
2. For more charter packages to other destinations (Hakone / Kamakura / Tokyo / Izu / Nikko / Yokohama, etc.) as well as Osaka / Kyoto / Nagoya / Hokkaido, please contact our online customer service for a quote.
3. After payment, our customer support team will contact you via WeChat or WhatsApp to confirm your hotel address, number of passengers, luggage, and itinerary details. If your pickup/drop-off location or destination is outside the service area, additional charges may apply. The driver will contact you via WeChat or WhatsApp by 9:00 PM the day before departure at the latest.
4. Additional Notes on Mount Fuji Charter Service:
If you would like to end your trip at Kawaguchiko/Fuji area, or start from Fuji/Kawaguchiko and finish in central Tokyo, we can arrange it with no extra charge. Total charter duration is 8 hours (please reserve 2 hours for the driver to return to Tokyo).
5. Included in the Price:
Driver service fee, driver meal allowance, highway tolls, road & bridge fees, fuel cost, parking fees.
Not Included:
① Overtime Fee:
Round-trip charters from Tokyo include 10 hours. If the total time exceeds 10 hours, an overtime fee of 5,000 JPY per hour will be charged (less than 1 hour is counted as 1 full hour).
② Late-Night Service Fee:
If your service time falls between 22:00–07:00 (Japan local time), an additional 2,500 JPY per trip will be charged.
③Pick-up outside Tokyo 23 wards, Attraction entrance fees, Meals, Accommodation, Extra mileage: JPY 400/km (applicable to customized Itineraries, The maximum distance for a private charter within central Tokyo is up to 100 km, while charters to areas surrounding Tokyo are limited to a maximum of 300 km.)
6.Vehicle & Passenger Limits
- 7-seater: up to 6 passengers + 4 pieces of 24-inch luggage
- 10-seater: up to 9 passengers + 9 pieces of 24-inch luggage
- 14-seater: up to 13 passengers + 6 pieces of 24-inch luggage
7. Important Notice:
If your charter itinerary includes Fuji 5th Station, you will need to pay the driver an additional mountain road fee of approximately 5,000 JPY on-site.
Due to Japan's annual climbing season, the toll road to Fuji 5th Station will be closed from July 5 to September 10. During this period, vehicles must park at the designated parking lot at the foot of the mountain, and you must take the shuttle bus to reach the 5th Station.
The shuttle bus costs approximately 2,500 JPY per person (round trip), paid on your own.
Please note that during peak season, there may be heavy crowds and traffic congestion. Thank you for your understanding!

Arakurayama Sengen Park
As a classic viewpoint overlooking Mount Fuji, the red buildings, the four seasons of mountain forest, and the magnificent Mount Fuji in the distance create a landscape with a distinctly Japanese character.
Whether it's the cherry blossoms in spring, the lush greenery in summer, the red leaves in autumn, or the snowscapes in winter, everything is beautiful. In addition to enjoying the stunning views of Mount Fuji, you can also overlook the charming cityscape of Fujiyoshida.

Hikawa Clock Shop
Located at the foot of Mount Fuji, this century-old street has become a popular spot for taking photos because of the panoramic view of the majestic Mount Fuji at the end of the street, which looks like a ladder leading directly to Mount Fuji.
The charming alleyways, power lines, and wooden houses, along with Mount Fuji, create a strong Showa-era retro atmosphere, as if you've stepped into a scene from a Japanese drama.

Oshino Hakkai
Eight natural springs formed by the filtration of snowmelt from Mount Fuji have water so clear that you can see the patterns on the bottom of the pool. The surrounding area features traditional Japanese houses, thatched cottages, and small bridges over flowing water, creating a beautiful environment that blends seamlessly with the magnificent Mount Fuji.
P.S.: You can arrange your own lunch at the attraction (there are many restaurants inside the attraction, please choose freely).
