We were lucky to have met our guide, Hendrik Wu, on this trip. First, I must commend him for his punctuality; he managed the time perfectly throughout, with no wasted time. Second, he was incredibly enthusiastic and patient with every member of our group, and the restaurant he recommended for lunch was excellent. The entire trip was relaxed and enjoyable, and we'll definitely use him again next time!

My driver was Dendi Irawan. Putting aside everything else, hiring a car for the whole day is tiring for both passengers and drivers, and the places we needed to go were all quite far. However, his work ethic and the friendliness and care he showed to passengers made me feel less tired. Because I wanted to visit many attractions and was worried about not having enough time, he didn't eat a single meal from 9 am to 6 pm. Every time we contacted him, he was always there for us quickly. More than a driver, he was like a warm friend showing us around. This isn't a review, but rather a thank you to him. 🫡

The dining at Muliya Resort offered international cuisine, and the food quality was good. The pasta was cooked fresh on the spot and was delicious. The Indonesian and Indian dishes were tasty, and I liked the live pasta dishes and the restaurant's atmosphere.

He took care of our entire family throughout the day and went above and beyond to make sure we had the best possible experience. He was incredibly friendly, patient, flexible, and happy to adjust the itinerary to everything we wanted to see and do. Wayan speaks excellent English, making communication easy and enjoyable. He also shared interesting information about Bali and gave us great recommendations along the way. We always felt safe thanks to his careful driving, and the vehicle was clean and comfortable. Most importantly, he made the whole trip fun and stress-free. Our children enjoyed the day just as much as we did. Thank you, Wayan, for giving our family such a wonderful experience. We would definitely book you again on our next visit to Bali and highly recommend you to anyone looking for a professional, reliable, and genuinely kind driver!
