Nuestra experiencia en este hotel ha sido maravillosa. Destacamos especialmente la atención del personal, siempre amable y dispuesto a ayudar en todo momento. El desayuno fue de alta calidad, con una amplia variedad de opciones para todos los gustos, servido en un salón precioso con grandes cristaleras y unas vistas espectaculares a las montañas. La habitación estaba perfectamente equipada, limpia y muy cómoda, cumpliendo con todas nuestras expectativas. El spa fue, sin duda, uno de los puntos fuertes de nuestra estancia: las piscinas interiores y exteriores de aguas termales ofrecen una experiencia relajante única. Sin duda, un lugar para repetir.

Im afraid to write all this because this place because when we want to go back here, it will get too busy. We travelled with a baby and the hotel provided a high chair and crib which made a huge difference for us. They even upgraded our room. The staff is very responsive and would respond to my queries prior to arriving. They would help me with any questions at the front desk. Bernardo, Joal, and Claudio were excellent help. They had great recommendations for tourist things to do that met the needs of our family. The hotel and apartment were immaculately clean and staff were so friendly and thorough. We enjoyed the continental breakfast everyday. Some people complained in previous reviews its the same items each day but we found there was a new item each day. I also appreciated the consistency because I knew what to eat the next morning. The woman who does the breakfast has a wonderful spread. The fruit, coffee, eggs and everything were fantastic.

The first room I was given was very old, with a broken floor, damp on the wall by the bed, and paint that was peeling and coming off. The room was located in a separate building from the hotel. I was quite disappointed because this is not what one would expect from a 4-star hotel. The explanation I was given was that I had booked through a budget platform. Luckily, after changing rooms twice, I was finally able to get a room in the hotel’s main building. The reception staff were very kind and understanding of my family’s needs. Once in the main building, everything was exactly as expected. The pool is beautiful with a stunning view, which is the reason I have returned to this property for the fifth time.

Amazing place! All the services were great! Easy to park the car! Good view of the balcony! After a tired in a whole day, I can relaxed side of the swimming pool, even raining on that day, I can swim in the indoor swimming pool! However, the outside swimming pool have to been improve, when I walked down to the swimming, even though I hold the handle to walk down, I slide down, got pain.

The environment is very good, next to the sea, the hotel is a bit modern, but the overall experience is still good, it is suitable for vacationing with family and friends, not far from the city.

Great hotel for slow and relaxing visit to the island. It is a bit out of the way and you need a car. But if you are not in a hurry, this is a perfect hotel. It’s right on the hiking trail and only 20 mins to the airport. It’s also only a few minute drive to the highway to get around the island for sightseeing.

The hotel has great facilities, especially the indoor swimming pool which is a huge bonus for children. From the hotel, it's about 10 minutes walk to the town centre where you can find many restaurants. The room furniture is slightly out of date but the hotel offers great breakfast, I have to say the coffee machine is the best.

Well worth the drive as this place is amazing.  The view, amenities and service are beyond my expectations.  Everything they offer was great except internet. Beds were comfy, hot shower and bathroom amenities, pool, Juccuzi, steam room and breakfast no complaints. Even the price is reasonable for what you get.

We stayed at this hotel back in 2016, during our first trip. That's why we chose this hotel again this time. The hotel is conveniently located: the airport and many attractions can be reached in less than 30 minutes. The rooms are spacious with a large bathroom. The bed is comfortable. Lots of storage space. There is a refrigerator and a kettle. However, there are very few sockets and some of them did not work, the kettle was plugged in in the bathroom. The hotel has a good restaurant. Delicious breakfast. There is a bar with a good selection of drinks. The hotel has outdoor and indoor pools, a gym, a sauna and a steam bath. The hotel provides separate towels for the spa complex, which you can take with you when traveling to the springs. This is very convenient. Towels can be changed for dry ones as needed, since due to the high humidity on the island, almost nothing dries. The hotel staff is very friendly and always ready to help with planning your vacation. This time, at our request, they found the tide schedule for the natural pools, since it is best to swim there during low tide, the water is the hottest. Next time we will definitely stay at this hotel again.

We are happy with the service and location of the hotel. There was a large selection for breakfast, an interesting system for ordering an additional breakfast. Very good gym, we were there every evening. The presence of a sauna is also a great solution to relax after daily hikes in the mountains. We were pleased with the availability of parking spaces near the hotel. There was some kind of system error when checking out, I hope the staff solved it. Since we were in a hurry to the airport and could not wait for their information to be updated, we simply gave the keys to the room.
