No fault whatsoever with this Hotel. Very clean , comfortable rooms. Lovely large bathroom with big walk in shower. Nice selection for evening dinner, great buffet breakfast. Underground car park. The staff are great and a credit to the Hotel. 5 out 5.

I have never given a bad review before so don't like too. The breakfast and room were lovely so can't fault that. We paid for a junior suite for a relaxing break. The internet wouldn't connect to the telly so we could not watch anything we wanted to . We rang reception and they sent someone who didn't know what they were doing so never fixed the problem this was at morning. We thought they might have sent someone else like the girl said but they didn't. Then that night after returning to the room the same issue in fairness the person that came this time was much nicer think his name was Aaron but he also couldn't fix it.He rang to offer us the honeymoon suite if that had have been offered during the day it would have been better we weren't going to move at night. Bit disappointing paying that money for a Room. Also in our deal we had a four course meal which has a lot less selection than the full menu from the bar. We paid ourselves the night before and we had much more options. The girl on checkout didn't ask us how it was so would rather have told her than to post a bad review
