Location could be a little better
I arrived early to checkin, but they quickly set up a place to leave the bags and return later
A comfortable room, only the shower split much water
Elevator presented a small problem, soon resolved
Breakfast very good , great variety with good products, very large room for coffee
Rapid service in bar and lunches
The checkin care,the fill, could be a little better, sometimes lack empathy for the attendant

Good hotel with an amazing restaurant. It's better to book a room with half-board. You don't need a plug adapter. There's no toothpaste provided. In the evening, they give one bottle of water and a chocolate per person. The breakfast coffee is amazing (you can make it yourself at dinner). Decent wines at dinner starting from 90 Reals.

The room is very good, very large, very spacious, belongs to the city center, there are many restaurants and supermarkets around, very convenient, the front desk will speak English, the communication is very smooth, breakfast is good, there is a guard at the hotel entrance, very safe, the surrounding environment is also very good

This hotel is located close to the entrance of iguazu falls and the airport. This makes it a great place to stay if you're visiting.
Pros:
They have a tourist information service right next to the check in, making it really easy to book/query for information about things in the local area.
Average:
Breakfast with a good range of items, nothing particularly special if you've stayed in other Brazilian hotels.
Cons:
The rooms are not very clean and have mosquitos

Our stay here was lovely value for money there were many things to do here and with having a great pool and health spa this was a relaxing break. With a poolside bar and two pools one very secluded it catered for a range of individuals. Would definatly stay here again cant fault the hotel a really lovely place. The airconditioning was amazing and the staff were very professional thankyou

It was excellent except for a breakfast waitress who almost snatched my cup out of my mouth because the buffet had finished. Without any warning, she took everything away, and we hadn't even finished our coffee. I complained, but the apologies weren't enough to make up for the unpleasant experience. Also, the jacuzzi was dirty.

Impeccable and welcoming service from Alicia upon our arrival and departure. Great facilities, excellent breakfast, famous location and privileged view of the cathedral. I don't think it's fair to take a note for cleaning, but I noticed that the windows in the rooms were full of forehead and face marks (to admire the cathedral, obviously) and it went unnoticed by the cleaning staff. The pool was very clean, even with the trees and constant wind that occurred during the days...

GGuest UserHotel is situated not very close to city center, but if you just need to spend a night before getting to the falls, it's ok. Just be prepared, that in the evening you won't have shops and bars next door.

GGuest UserWith such price, I expect the service is top notch, yet I was disturbed by the housekeepers twice in the evening and 3 times in the morning for cleaning up. There’s even one time that I was in the room and the cleaning lady just directly opened the door without ringing. It even didn’t happen for star 3 hotels.
The room is surprisingly small and I guess the only reason I opted for this hotel is the proximity of location to Iguazu falls.

Facilities: Fully equipped, for friends who like hot tea, there is no hot water bottle in the room
Hygienic: very clean.
Environment: The surrounding environment is very good and safe. Opposite is the most beautiful Japanese park in South America, praca do japao. People walk their dogs in the park. Especially comfortable.
Service: The hotel offers a rich breakfast. It is worth mentioning that the hotel actually has free valet parking. Not all front desks speak English, but they are very friendly and welcoming.

There aren't that many places to go to for food nearby apart from in the bus station, but it is easy to get an Uber or taxi to the centre for more food options. Breakfast was very good, with plenty of options and lots of space so that even when it is busy you can have a leisurely breakfast.

GGuest UserThe hotel is a bit out of town, but there's a bus stop conveniently located nearby. The hotel is a little dated. We booked two rooms, and one of them had drainage issues. Breakfast and dinner were decent. We would have liked a few more vegetables to go with the salad greens. The cheeses and fruits were excellent. You definitely won't go hungry. The hotel offers transfers to the Argentinian side of the national park for a reasonable price.

VVivianThe mango tree at the door is amazing, with mangoes falling all the time. The swimming pool is also nice, the service is also very good, and our triple room is also very good👍 We all had breakfast in the hotel, which is rich for Brazil. The juice is great😎
