The hotel is actually a boutique B&B. The facilities and room sizes are better in the town. The lake view from the window is beautiful, but the hotel is not in the most central location of the town. It is on the hillside. Fortunately, the whole town is not big, and it is less than 200 meters to the town center or the town entrance for the best photos and check-ins.

Spacious place with a working kettle and complimentary tea and instant coffee. Enough plugs to go around and toilet amenities were all great, although the water would splash and form a puddle below the toilet bowl. Floor, toilet, beds, pillows and comforters were all comfortable and clean. TV has decent channels and the cupboard had sufficient hangers. Also good amount of surface spaces to place our things and luggages. Great place with amazing value and very accessible with a tram station right outside the entrance! Service staff were very helpful and friendly, and fluent in English. Superb place!

Everything was perfect except that we had check-in at another hotel which is about 5 mins drive from where we booked. It would be nice to give us an information beforehand not surprise us by a little note on the property and told us to follow the location. There was no parking spot at all at the hotel we had to check-in. Good thing that I wasn't a solo traveller. I can't imagine how I could check-in since the check-in location is far from walking distance and there wasn't a spot to park at the check-in location.

Es war alles sauber und top ausgestattet, hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Gab sogar Badesatz, Duftkerze, 2 Willkommenspralinen, einen kleinen Sublementspray und Makeup Handtücher, alles Inkludiert. Die Dusche mit den Lichteinstellungen war ein kleines Highlight. 😄 Sämtliches Personal ist auf Fragen und Wünsche umgehend, freundlich und kompetent eingegangen. 👍 2 kleine Mängel wurden ebenfalls sofort aufgeschrieben um sie umgehend reparieren zu lassen. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig, zusätzliche Speisen konnten bestellt werde, wie z.B. Avocado Toast, Eierspeise, weiches Ei,... (ohne Zuzahlung). War etwas aufgebraucht, wurde es auf Anfrage aufgefüllt. Draußen sitzen, unter der Markise war bei den sommertemperaturen sehr angenehm. Die Lage ist auch super, direkt im Ort, aber kaum Straßenlärm. Man ist in ein paar Minuten direkt am Mondsee. Eigene Garage ist verfügbar und top designed, jedoch könnten die Parkplätze ein wenig breiter und länger sein. Preis/Leistung war für uns ok, über Trip haben wir anscheinend sogar wirklich etwas gespart. Jedoch die ausstehende Kurtaxe hätte man noch vorab irgendwo mitteilen können, die beim check-out bezahlt werden muss. Alles in Allem top Hotel für einen entspannten Urlaub. 😎

Hotel on the main road of Bad Ischl, right next to a large supermarket and the Sissi patisserie. This time, my room had a security mirror by the window, offering a view of the street. The furniture in the room was all made of metal and quite noisy. The heating was extremely hot at night, so I had to sleep with the window open. There were no slippers, but a 2-in-1 shampoo/body wash was provided. Breakfast was good and plentiful.

This hotel is the best hotel in this trip. The triple room, the combed bed was laid early, the health looked good, the dirty bath towels were recycled abroad and thrown on the ground, unlike the special domestic pick-up, this is a bit dirty, sleep is very clean, facilities are not bad, The hair dryer in the bathroom is too slow, Dyson is used in China, and old-fashioned hair dryers that cannot be moved abroad. Overall great, stayed for two nights. Bad Isher is beautiful and the passers-by are very friendly. Hygiene: clean

Basic room type, the small mattress of the bed is a bit soft, but the room is quite big, the toiletries are complete, and there is body lotion. The location is very convenient, the train station is 5 minutes walk, and it is convenient to drag luggage. Breakfast is relatively simple, but eggs, milk, bread, yogurt, fruit are still there, basically meeting the nutritional needs. I use an old-fashioned key, but I have a sense of security.

Great hotel and service. The lake-view room at Jingshan was fantastic. The staff were friendly and attentive; thank you. In every place, besides the beautiful scenery, the cultural elements make it even more memorable and unforgettable. The breakfast selection was also good. Overall, a great choice.

Breakfast has limited choice but quality is there over a buffet style. Pretty outdoor pool , sauna and chill area around the area. Also include a morning yoga session for my stay.
