From the instant I checked in at Biblos Resort, the service was exceptional. Following a lengthy day of travel, I was pleasantly surprised to learn that I had been upgraded to a spacious room with a swim-up pool – this was the highlight of my stay. The accommodation was impeccably designed and spotlessly clean, providing a welcoming, home-like atmosphere. Furthermore, the staff's genuine friendliness and outstanding service truly capped off my experience. Will definitely be my preferred place to stay when I’m back in Alacati.

Comfortable accommodations, but serious concerns about guest relations. During checkout, we were called repeatedly (10+ times within 20 minutes, from 12:00 to 12:20) even after confirming multiple times we were heading down. When we complained, staff responded defensively and continued escalating rather than resolving the issue or accepting our feedback. While one female staff member was pleasant, two male staff members were unprofessional and disruptive throughout the situation.

The location of the hotel is great. There is a seaside park at the doorstep, and there are warships that you can buy tickets to visit. The day we went there happened to be a weekend, and there were many families coming to the park for activities, and the traffic was congested 🤪 The traffic jam lasted for half an hour for several hundred meters. It was 4:30 when I arrived at the front desk. Fortunately, the check-in was fast, and I was upgraded to a sea view room (but the floor was very low, on the 4th floor), and I could see the sunrise in the room. The room area is relatively small, and we added a bed when the child grew up, and there was basically no room. The hardware facilities are still average. The breakfast is OK, and you can play with cats while eating breakfast in the outdoor area.

Tesisin lokasyonu, bahçe alanları, odalar çok iyiydi. Üç farklı havuz alanları güzel, ancak şezlong/ şemsiyeler yetersizdi. Denize ulaşım zorlu, özellikle odaya dönüş yaşlı bir sakin için yorucuydu. Bir iki kez sorulduğunda araba kullanımına çok sıcak bakılmadığı hissettiriliyordu. Halk plajı çok kalabalık, içiçe ve tahta şezlonglar yaşlılar için hiç uygun değil. Oradaki özel büfeden 2. gün hafif hasarlı bir plastik sandalye bulduk. Konuyla ilgili otelden yardım alamadık. Diğer deniz platfofmları ise görsel olarak keyifliydi, denize giremesemde, diskodaki sandalyelerde oturarak manzaranın keyfine vardım. Yemekler çok iyiydi! Her şey lezzetli, taze ve çeşitliydi. Özellikle tatlı büfesini çok beğendim. Yemek saatleri arasında sadece içecek tedariği olması (çoğu yerde çay dahi yok), atıştırmalık ikramların bulunmaması üzücü. Harry Potter çok uzak ve öğle yemeğine bir günlük alternatif olabilir ancak. Poğaça büfesinin ürünleri lezzetli ama farklı ikramlara da ihtiyaç var. 80+ misafiriniz olarak konaklamamda günübirlik yatısız kızım refakat etti. Ona uygulanan günlük ücret çok yüksekti ve 10-6 arası saat sınırı kısa ve otelin denetim biçimi hiç uygun değildi. Genel olarak özel ihtiyaç ve ricalara karşı personelin yaklaşımı olumsuz ve insiyatif gücü düşüktü. Övgülerin yanında eleştirilerimi iyileştirme adına iletiyorum. Sonuç olarak özenli bahçe bakımı, rahat oda ve leziz yemeklerle birlikte animasyon ekibinin keyifli gösterileriyle huzurlu ve eğlenceli bir tatil geçirdim, teşekkür ederim.

Stayed for a weekend. The Hotel is quite new and has a very nice private beach access. Most of the guest have all inclusive wristbands, but i wasn't offered any all inclusive deal. One waiter at the Lobby Bar was treating us very unfriendly and accused us of stealing drinks, although we told him that we were only booked with breakfast. Also he tried to give us a wrong bill first with totally wrong amount of drinks and shouted at us that we have to pay. so Service i give just 1 star because of the bald agressive barkeeper at lobby bar. On the whole weekend that one guy ruined our mood.

The hotel is on the top of the hill in the small town of Xilinjie, driving past by car, there is a parking place, but the road up the mountain is very steep and narrow. The hotel is very classic, the rooms are small, and the consumption is not cheap, but the food and beverages are all freshly made. The overall decoration of the hotel feels very European and lifelike. The restaurant can see the view of the town. I like it here.
