We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and equipped with everything we needed. The staff provided excellent customer service and were always willing to help. The location was convenient, and the facilities were great. We will definitely come back and recommend this hotel to family and friends.

I had a fantastic time staying at The Reef Resort! The staff are so friendly and helpful, the rooms are spacious and clean and the resort have enough activities to keep you busy. I would definitely recommend this resort to family and friends. The breakfast buffet every morning was good with assorted choices. You can snorkel infront of the resort with so many different kind of fish, I was amazed! The resort even packed me a breakfast box when I had to leave early in the mornings for activities. They also have a great SPA with great treatments! A well equipped gym overlooking the ocean. Thank you for making my stay unforgettable!

Bayfront Hotel North Reclamation offers an excellent location, especially for travelers who want easy access to major malls and transport hubs. It provides great value for money, making it a practical choice for both short stays and business trips.
The rooms are on the smaller side, but they are clean, well-maintained, and comfortable enough for a pleasant stay. Breakfast is decent, with enough variety to start your day, though it may not stand out compared to larger hotels.
Overall, it’s a convenient and budget-friendly option, ideal for guests who prioritize location, cleanliness, and affordability over spacious accommodations.

A great place for a quick stay in mactan cebu. Near dining spots and a few shops and has free access to a nearby beach resort and has great service and amenities. Would book again for future stays
We stayed at Henann Alona Resort as a family. The staff were very courteous and helpful. The foods are good lots of selections, and the location is perfect, with the surrounding pools is amazing my kids love it, they have kids and adult pool and what i love in the pool its not crowded worth the money, and our premier room is big and the view is the pool. Good for family and friends outing.
The hotel is grand and spotlessly clean. Although check-in is at 3 PM, the staff were very polite. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, served until 10 AM. The hotel's pool wasn't crowded, and there were many sports facilities available.
Good place to stay but we are hoping they would be able keep up with the quality of service Solea Mactan is giving.
We appreciate the birthday surprise and nice room view.
Breakfast is just okay. Not so wide selection but will make you full. We loved the cookies.
🌟 **A Perfect 4-Night Getaway – Peaceful, Clean, and Exceptional Service!** 🌟
I recently stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and 5 days, and I can confidently say it was one of the most relaxing and enjoyable experiences we’ve had in a long time. From the moment we arrived, everything felt smooth and welcoming.
🧼 **Cleanliness:**
The entire property was spotless. Out room was maintained every day, with fresh linens, a sparkling bathroom, and a tidy layout that made it feel like home.

The staff were incredibly kind and attentive. Whether it was the front desk helping with check-in, housekeeping ensuring everything was perfect, , every interaction was warm and professional. They truly went above and beyond to make sure guests felt cared for.
🌿 **Peace and Quiet:**
One of the best parts of the stay was how quiet and serene the environment was. Despite being in a convenient location, the hotel felt like a peaceful retreat. We slept soundly every night without any disturbances, and the calm atmosphere made it easy to unwind and recharge.
✅ **Final Thoughts:**
If you're looking for a clean, quiet, and well-serviced hotel for a multi-day stay, this is the place to be.We left feeling refreshed and grateful for such a pleasant experience. Highly recommended, and We’ll definitely be coming back!

I stayed for 4 nights.
From the very first day, the hotel staff's hospitality was a delight✨. They always greeted me with a smile when passing by.
Near the private beach, there were even live music performances on some evenings, adding to the full resort vibe! I was able to enjoy a unique, extraordinary experience 🐠🫶.
All three pools within the hotel, the spa, and the breakfast area were spotlessly clean.
It was so good that I would definitely want to visit again if I come back to Cebu.
Also, I booked a discovery dive offered by the hotel. We took a boat from the hotel to Hilutungan Island and enjoyed about 30 minutes of amazing diving 🫧. The pre-dive safety briefing was conducted by a Japanese diver, which made me feel very secure!
*Note: Although the booking confirmation from Trip.com stated that check-in was until 7:00 PM, I was able to check in without any issues even though I arrived around 9:00 PM.

The room we stayed in was a bit old, but overall we still enjoyed our stay—especially the beach. Most of the hotel staff were polite and accommodating.
As for the food, I found the prices to be on the higher side compared to similar hotels nearby. The portions were relatively small for the price, and while the dishes were decent, they didn’t quite match the cost. That said, the dining area had a nice atmosphere and good service.
Very Good

GGuest UserI'm leaving this review in the hopes that it will be helpful to those traveling to Bohol.
1. Location: Since it's far from Alona Beach, I had to pay an additional 300 pesos one way for the free massage pickup and drop-off.
2. Facilities: The room was very comfortable and bright, perfect for putting on makeup. The mattress and bedding were nice, and the single beds came with two pillows, which was very comfortable.
3. Pool: The water was clean and regularly maintained, so it was great for swimming. At other resorts, I've never been in the water.
4. Meals: Breakfast was included, which was simple but filling and delicious. It was also nice to be able to order other meals whenever I wanted, which was also delicious.
5. Service: The staff were all friendly, and since it's not a busy area, they provided hotel pickup and drop-off for nearby areas and called tuk-tuks for further places. Grab wasn't available.
6. Overall: This is a resort I'd stay at again when I want a quiet and relaxing stay, but the distance from the city center was a bit inconvenient. This resort is great for water activities. I went shopping at ICM for 400 pesos one way, but I like to wander around nearby, so I moved to Alona Beach and had some fun.
Because it's surrounded by mountains, there were so many mosquitoes that I think I killed about 10 a day. Ask for an electric mosquito coil to minimize the damage.
This is a resort I highly recommend, but the biggest drawback is the mosquitoes.
GGuest UserJust a great experience. One of the best I ever had. Sea is so clear and filled with life amazing for swimming and snorkeling resort is big and vibrant, staff is helpful and super pleasant. Restaurant in the Coco sunset is very good however the only issue we had was with the restaurant in the coco grove, food was terrible and buffet we had there on saturday night wasn’t worth the money.
GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is OK, it's only about 10 minutes' walk from the commercial center, and it's easy to find food. The hotel facilities are too old. The air conditioner in the room was not cooling and the noise was very loud. There was no way to rest. After communicating with the front desk, it was immediately solved and the room was changed. I would like to thank the hotel service staff for their quick handling. The air conditioner in the changed room was fine. When I washed up in the morning, the water from the faucet was gone. It gushed out and then stopped. It took a long time to get back to normal. We booked a suite, but it was just a little bit. It didn't feel like a suite. It cost more than 600 a night without breakfast, which was a bit not worth it.
GGuest UserI was a solo female traveler, but I never felt that the way to the accommodation was dangerous. If you walk to Alona Beach, it's a bit far, but you can get there quickly if you look around. The swimming pool is clean and few people use it during the day, so you can use it comfortably. The beach bar is also cheap with cocktails. It's good, the taste is good
And breakfast!!! It was so delicious. There weren't many kinds, but it was hot, so it was more comfortable and better than going out and buying something.
The reception staff are happy to help you with any problems.
All the other employees were so kind, always smiling and greeting me, and I was impressed by the way they worked.
Although the service is a little less than the larger resorts and the building is a bit old
Rather a small resort
I think it's a place where you can pay more attention to each guest.
Will 100% visit again
GGuest UserThe hotel has a great location, just a five- or six-minute walk from Alona Beach and McDonald's. The room is a duplex, with two floors; there's no bed on the upper floor. There's a pool in the courtyard with two lounge chairs. The hotel doesn't provide disposable toiletries like toothbrushes; you'll need to bring your own.
王王Stayed for 3 days and was a bit far from Alona Beach, but fortunately there was a free shuttle bus at the hotel. The interior of the hotel is beautiful, the facilities are very new, and the complimentary breakfast is not bad. But the hotel is surrounded by villages, dirty and messy, the road to the hotel turned out to be a dirt road, the tap water and the water in the pool are all unpurified sea water, a bit salty, the whole of the island of Bohol. With a 12-year-old child, there is no extra bed, and 800p per night, which is a bit expensive. Since I go out to play every day, the overall situation is not bad, the environment there is the same. The level of consumption is comparable to that of first-tier cities in China.
