The hotel is at a very strategic location. Very easy to access the shopping streets and the metro. Lively and happening environment but not overly quiet or rowdy. Good service provided by the hotel staff. Truly love it!

The room was nice and quite clean. If you like quiet and want to be far from the elevator, make sure to tell the front desk, and they'll arrange it for you. Then, you just need to select a few buttons at the self-service machine. The transportation is incredibly convenient. I came here for a few day trips, and their parking is right across from the hotel. The location is excellent, with Shinsaibashi right to the right. It's a bit of a walk to Namba Station, but otherwise, everything was perfect. It was also reasonably clean.

close to metro/train if you are moving with light or not so heavy luggage and know the way. still manage when i finding (with It will good if there have more signature to point to the direction of the hotel. Sometime, it is hard to follow the map when you are not able to spot the exit (as there are few exits available) Still able to find the hotel while carrying 30kg luggage. Once you found the route, it is easier to get to the metro using the escalator etc rather than stairway. it is close to the shopping belt and can walk all the way once you have checked in. Food and convenience shops are easily accessible. Allow to keep the luggage while waiting to check in / out

The hotel is located in the business district, just a short walk from the subway station. I did my research beforehand, so I knew that check-in was upstairs. There are plenty of restaurant choices nearby, and some famous local ramen places have a much better ambiance than those in Shinsaibashi. The only drawback is that the room was a bit small, but it was clean and the soundproofing was decent.

The hotel room was quite spacious for Japanese standards, and it was a convenient walk to the subway station. The TV in the room wasn't directly facing the bed, but rather the sofa side. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money and I'd recommend it for travelers. The cleanliness was excellent, and both check-in and check-out were very smooth. They even deliver all your luggage to your room, so the service is fantastic.

The hotel left us with mixed feelings. On one hand, it’s very stylish, and the rooms are beautiful. Location is perfect with two steps from the metro station. Overall, we did enjoy our stay. However, there were a couple of disappointing points. 1) The male receptionist who checked us in was surprisingly unfriendly and behaved in a rather strange way, which made the first impression uncomfortable. 2) Another issue was the rooms. We booked two “Premier” corner rooms and were expecting a nice view, but both were on a very low floor, and the large corner windows faced a blank wall. It felt odd to have such beautiful windows with no view at all. In the end, it was a decent stay, but the experience was definitely mixed.

The hotel is conveniently located right outside Sakurajima Station. The environment is nice, and the two main highlights are the hot springs and the breakfast. I soaked in the hot springs for four days straight, it was incredibly relaxing! The breakfast quality is excellent. We were traveling with my elderly mother, so we bought breakfast for her. She could sleep in, then enjoy a good meal before heading out to explore, which really helped her stay energized! Walking to Universal Studios isn't too far either, about a 15-minute walk, which is perfectly acceptable.

The hotel's design is very stylish; I loved the ambiance as soon as I walked in. The room was clean and tidy. The location is also super convenient, just a ten-minute walk to the bustling commercial area, making shopping very easy. Overall, it was a great experience!

The hotel's location is quite good, not far from the Shinsaibashi shopping district and Dotonbori, and closest to Nagahoribashi subway station. Aside from the slightly small bathroom, the room wasn't too cramped. The breakfast was pretty good for the price. For a two-day trip, I highly recommend considering the Osaka Amazing Pass, which offers free subway rides and entry to nearly 40 attractions (Osaka Castle Park + cruise, Tempozan Ferris Wheel + cruise, Tsutenkaku Tower, etc.).

Our stay at DEL style Osaka Shinsaibashi by Daiwa Roynet Hotels during our Osaka trip exceeded my expectations. The location is a huge plus, being very close to Shinsaibashi and Nagahoribashi. It’s within walking distance of Shinsaibashi-suji Shopping Street and Dotonbori, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient – no need for special route planning, just explore as you go. Coming back to the hotel at night after exploring wasn't tiring at all, which is perfect for independent travelers. What really stood out to me was having Chinese-speaking staff at the front desk, which made communication incredibly smooth. Whether it was checking in, asking about transportation, or simply confirming details, being able to converse in Chinese was very reassuring. Their attitude was natural and approachable, which is a significant advantage for Chinese-speaking guests. Both check-in and check-out were very efficient. The room itself had a simple, modern design. For Osaka city standards, the size was acceptable; we could open our suitcases without feeling cramped. The room was clean and tidy, and the bed had just the right firmness, though the pillows weren't very comfortable. Soundproofing was good; we barely heard any outside noise at night, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the water pressure and temperature were consistent, making for a relaxing shower. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel, so I can't comment on the food, but there are countless options nearby – convenience stores, cafes, and restaurants are abundant, so finding something for breakfast in the morning was never an issue. The hotel's overall style feels young and modern, not like a traditional, old-fashioned business hotel. The common areas were clean and refreshing, creating a very pleasant atmosphere. Overall, DEL style Osaka Shinsaibashi offers a practical yet quality experience. Its excellent location, comfortable rooms, and the added bonus of Chinese-speaking front desk staff make it highly suitable for first-time visitors to Osaka or those looking for a hassle-free stay. If I return to Osaka and my itinerary focuses on the Shinsaibashi area, this hotel will definitely be a top choice again.

NNutchanonThe hotel is very spacious, about 15 minutes walk from Ishizugawa Station. The area around the hotel is quite dark at night, a bit scary, but there are restaurants, McDonald's, Lawson and 7-11. Walking near the station, there is a Family Mart. Under the station, there is a Watt100 shop where you can buy snacks and other necessities. There is also a bus near the station, so you can get out and see it right away. But I was a bit upset because I couldn't find a bicycle to rent around there, so I had to walk. The train to Namba takes about 30 minutes.

AAlanChengI don’t know why there are no reviews for this hotel on Ctrip. Let me add: I went to Universal Studios Japan on November 23. Later I found that most hotels in Japan were fully booked in Osaka. I searched on Ctrip and found this hotel. There are no reviews, but because its price is not high. It only costs over 700 yuan a night, which is much cheaper than the 1,000 to 2,000 yuan a night in nearby hotels, so I made a reservation. The results were very surprising. First of all, the hotel room is really big, because usually the rooms in Japan are very small. Just like Hong Kong, this room is really big. It can be worth a superior room in a five-star hotel. I As you can see from the pictures, the entire bathroom is very large and spacious. There is also a large jacuzzi. In addition, he has a large foyer, which can accommodate two large suitcases. The equipment in the room is very complete, including a refrigerator and a microwave. What’s even more surprising is that this hotel includes dinner and breakfast. There is no need to make a reservation for dinner in advance. You can order dinner no matter what time you arrive at the hotel. As you can see from the menu, you can choose food for 0 yuan. I had ramen on the first night and gyoza on the second night, which were quickly brought to the room. Reservations are required for breakfast, and the earliest reservation time is at 5 o'clock in the morning. You have three choices for breakfast, the first is Japanese food, the second is noodles, and the third is vegetables. We chose salmon with miso soup and rice two days in a row. It tastes great, clean and healthy. The bathrooms and washrooms of this hotel are very rich in toiletries. It provides a lot of things for face washing, face painting, body washing, bathing and bubble bath, and the towels are all made of plastic. The bag will be sealed for you, and it will be changed every day to make it very clean. We will clean it for you every day, and there is no need to charge any money. The most important thing is that this hotel can take the Osaka Loop Line directly from Osaka Kansai International Airport. There is no need to change lines. You can take it directly to Sakuranomiya Station, which is Sakura Nomiya Station. After getting off, it takes about 7-8 minutes to walk. The appearance will arrive. And you can also take a direct JR Osaka Loop Line from the hotel to Universal Studios, which is very, very convenient. If you want to go to Universal Studios, this hotel is the most convenient and quickest way from the airport to the hotel, and from the hotel to Universal Studios. I hope that as more people go there in the future, the hotel won’t increase prices.
