"I had a wonderful stay at **Hinode Osaka** overall, and I'd definitely recommend it, especially for couples. The amenities are easily **10/10**. The hotel offers so many complimentary perks, including free alcoholic beverages, soft drinks, ice cream, laundry facilities, and a hot spring (onsen). These little extras really made the stay feel great value for money. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Although I didn't interact with them much after check-in, the entire process was smooth and efficient. Since we mentioned that this was a birthday trip, they even prepared a small gift for us, which was a thoughtful touch and much appreciated. The location is another huge plus. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby, and **Tsutenkaku Tower** is only about a 5-minute walk away, making it very convenient for sightseeing and food hunting. The only downside, in my opinion, is that the hotel seems to accommodate many tour groups. We noticed buses of tourists arriving almost every day. During peak hours, the hot spring could get extremely crowded—we couldn't even get in at times. The complimentary late-night ramen was also very popular, and we often had to wait around 10–15 minutes just to find a couple of seats. Overall, I'd highly recommend Hinode Osaka for couples looking for a comfortable and well-located hotel with excellent amenities. For families, however, be prepared for the crowds, as the hotel can feel quite overwhelming when multiple tour groups are around."

"It's a great hotel, location is in the business district so a little bit further from central Osaka (Dotonbori etc) if that's where you'd prefer to be. The onsen is great, as long as you follow the rules it's really relaxing and the amenities are fabulous. Room was great, a really good size for Japanese standards, complete with complimentary waters everyday. It's quite a dark hotel so if that's not your vibe then I wouldn't stay here but we really enjoyed it."

"🚎 Commute: Just a 1-minute walk from Ebisucho Station Exit 3 to the hotel! Super convenient! Dotonbori is only two subway stops away, or about a 25-minute walk. Hygiene: I was personally very satisfied, although the air conditioning had a strange smell for the last two days, not sure why. Housekeeping: They bring fresh towels and bottled water every day! Thumbs up! Honestly, I don't use that many towels, haha. They also clean the room and make the bed on the second day of your stay. Bathroom: It's quite compact, but the shower pressure is excellent, making for a refreshing wash. Taller or larger guests might find it a bit inconvenient. 🤓 In summary: The best choice for solo travelers! If I come to Osaka again, I'd recommend staying at this hotel. It's also very quiet at night; I was worried it might be noisy, but it wasn't at all. The guests in the neighboring rooms were all very considerate. 😇 🥹🥹 A wonderful trip to Osaka!"

"Since it’s a newly opened hotel, everything was very clean. Pros: - The best part is that it’s still new and clean. - Washer & dryer in the room! - The bathroom was equipped with a ReFa hair dryer, shampoo, etc. - There is a complimentary coffee machine on the lobby floor, which includes options like cappuccino and decaf. - The room was relatively spacious for a city hotel. Cons: - No coffee in the room (they provide tea bags you can take to your room). - Having the front desk on the 18th floor felt a bit inconvenient. - Housekeeping is only once every 7 days (though towels and trash bags are replaced daily). - The TV turns on automatically every time you enter the room."

"The room was fantastic, not at all cramped for three people. We could fully open two suitcases without it getting in the way. The location is absolutely amazing, with easy access to all subway lines. Downstairs, you'll find plenty of dining and shopping options. Plus, Ishida-ya, a popular Kobe restaurant that usually requires reservations, is on the eighth floor and you can even walk in!"

"Was a shirt walk from airport limousine bus stop. A key reason to choose this. And i got a room with two single beds. Honestly genrous by japanese standards. Location is walking distance to Dontoburi. Tons of food and shops around. Only down side, the airoort bus schedule back to airport is not friendly. Too early ha. I totally would stay here again"

"Had a really good stay here. Location was excellent as it is just 1 station away from Namba so easy access to/from airport. It is just a short walk from Shinsaibashi station(Midosuji line) exit 2, go straight when you see dean & deluca cafe, and take the escalator up at North 8. Go through 1 block of the shopping street and turn right when you see krispy kreme. It is literally a few steps away from the shopping street so it was very convenient! Right in front of the hotel is patagonia and there is a family mart just beside. Check in and out was a breeze and staff was friendly. As for the room itself, it is very clean and spacious compared to other hotels I've stayed. Able to open 1 large and 1 cabin sized luggage. The toilet also has sufficient space to move around and there is a bathtub. The bed was soft and we really had a good sleep for 8 nights. Only thing to note is that cleaning will be done every 3 days but if you want to clear your trash or change your towels, you can leave them outside your room before 1pm. There is also coin laundry in the hotel itself which is convenient but take note that there is only 1 washer and 1 dryer on 3 different floors, so if you are lucky like us you don't have to wait to use them. Overall, I am satisfied with my stay and really glad I chose this hotel for my trip. Will definitely be back here."
