LUGGAGE STORAGE 💀 💕Overall the hotel is amazing! Near to 7/11 and Lawson. There’s an airport bus just 5minutes away. However, their luggage storage system, it says there’s free luggage storage but they only allow ONE baggage per person, if there’s 2 ppl in your room then 2 luggages. You can store your other luggages at the mall where the airport bus is, BUT Sundays the storage space is closed and we had to drag our luggages to somewhere else for a whole day
.you should have written the one luggage per person instead of free luggage storage at the concierge so that people can plan accordingly.

Great location and in Osaka. Our room was on the larger side for Japanese hotel rooms so that was an added bonus. The bathtub had a large window with a great view of the city! The option to do laundry while traveling with a toddler was a lifeline! Certainly would recommend to families traveling with small children.

The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the subway station and consists of two buildings: the main building and an annex. The rooms aren't huge, but they're a good size for hotels in the same price range. They offer 24-hour hot water, coffee, drinks, and a microwave for heating food, which is great. Free luggage storage is also available. There's a Chinese-speaking staff member at the front desk, so communication was seamless. Breakfast was decent too. The only downside, if I had to pick one, was the constant stream of tour groups. It's also just a 5-minute walk from the main shopping street in Shinsaibashi.

1. The hotel's location is fantastic! It's directly opposite the subway station, though you have to cross at the zebra crossing at the street corner, which is a slight detour. The room is much larger than typical Tokyo rooms! 2. The breakfast is abundant! There are plenty of choices for both seniors and children. 3. The hotel and subway station are right by the river, and both banks are lined with cherry blossom trees. I can only imagine how beautiful it would be during cherry blossom season! 4. Even if you don't book a room with breakfast, there's no need to worry; there's a FamilyMart convenience store just 20 meters from the hotel.

Every time I visit Osaka, I stay here because it's incredibly convenient. Dotonbori is right across the street, offering endless options for food, drinks, and entertainment. The room size is just right, and the bedding is so comfortable that I always sleep well. There are shared bikes available for rent right outside, and the airport shuttle stop is conveniently located nearby.

Environment: Compared to back home, the space is definitely a lot smaller. I mean, the bathroom is almost as big as the two twin beds in the room! Hygiene: Very clean, it gets tidied up daily đŸ§č and the trash is taken out đŸ—‘ïž. Facilities: It has everything you need. Of course, toothbrushes and toothpaste in Japan usually cost extra... Service: The breakfast leans more Western, but it's good...

I've always thought hotels in Japan were small, but this twin room near Kansai Airport was much better than I expected. Staying on the 26th floor, I had panoramic views of half ocean and half land, making me feel like I was in a Japanese drama. The room's attention to detail was excellent, and it was very comfortable.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and convenience. One of its biggest strengths is the location—it’s situated in a very accessible area, close to key attractions, shops, and public transportation, making it easy to get around. The cleanliness of the hotel was truly impressive. The housekeeping team clearly puts in great effort to ensure a pleasant environment for guests. I also appreciated the thoughtful amenities, especially the availability of free coffee and drinking water. It’s a small touch, but it really adds to the overall experience and makes guests feel welcomed and cared for. Another highlight was the seasonal decorations throughout the hotel. The festive decorations created a warm and inviting atmosphere, showing that the hotel pays attention to detail and strives to make each stay special.

We stayed at Tokyu Stay Osaka-Hommachi for two nights during the Osaka portion of our trip coming from Tokyo. This was my fourth time in Japan and my first traveling with my toddler, so efficiency and convenience mattered more than ever with his ADHD. This is very much a business-style hotel, and it delivers well in that category. Guests receive a complimentary two-hour voucher to a WeWork-style coworking space located upstairs near reception, which includes internet access and unlimited drinks and snacks. For business travelers, that’s a strong value add. I would come here again by myself. While the staff were not fully fluent in English, they used an advanced real-time translation system displayed on a screen at the front desk. Pretty cool. It translated conversations instantly, which was impressive and made communication smooth. The staff were friendly and professional. The interaction felt slightly less personal due to the language barrier, but that’s understandable. The complimentary coffee helped bridge that gap. 24 hrs staff as well. One standout feature was their handling of our luggage forwarding from Yamato Transport. The hotel received our forwarded suitcases and held them before check-in, then delivered everything directly to our room. This was extremely helpful because we arrived from via Shinkansen, continued on to Kyoto and Nara to visit the deer and temples, and only returned to the hotel later that evening. Not having to carry luggage through multiple cities made a huge difference. Those elevators are tight! During this Osaka leg, we visited Nara Park and Todai-ji Temple, enjoyed observatory views at Abeno Harukas 300 and the Umeda Sky Building, and took a day trip to Kyoto to see the Arashiyama Bamboo Forest and Fushimi Inari Shrine. The hotel is about a 5–7 minute walk from three subway lines and is well positioned for accessing major attractions across the city. If you want to be more central try Namban or Umeda. With days averaging 12,000 to 15,000 steps, we often grabbed food nearby or I ordered through Uber Eats, which is surprisingly affordable compared to U.S. pricing. Options within walking distance included Matsuya, Yoshinoya, Saizeriya, and even high-end omakase sushi spots. The in-room washer/dryer was another major convenience since we packed light and relied on doing laundry mid-trip. Really wished there was a kitchen area though with dishware and utensils. Overall, Tokyu Stay Osaka-Hommachi is a practical, well-located choice for travelers who prioritize efficiency, transit access, and in-room laundry. It served as a solid home base for an active Osaka itinerary. I would come here again.

We spontaneously decided to visit Osaka with my parents, and this hotel, booked at the last minute, had a decent price. It's conveniently located near a subway station and within walking distance of Shinsaibashi, a bustling area of Osaka. The hotel staff were very friendly, and the room was clean and tidy. The size wasn't small either; it didn't feel cramped with three of us staying there. For breakfast, I recommend going early as there's a queue if you go later. The variety was rich, and everything tasted good. I'd definitely choose to stay here again next time.

GGuest UserThe room was quite spacious for Japan, with enough space to open two 28-inch front-opening suitcases, and the bathroom was also very large and impeccably clean! It's a shame that breakfast consisted of microwaveable food, which I found to be very ordinary. However, the location is excellent! You can easily walk to Kuromon Market, Dotonbori, and Shinsaibashi, all of which are incredibly convenient. You can also walk to Nankai Electric Railway, which makes getting to the airport very convenient.

NNutchanonThe hotel is very spacious, about 15 minutes walk from Ishizugawa Station. The area around the hotel is quite dark at night, a bit scary, but there are restaurants, McDonald's, Lawson and 7-11. Walking near the station, there is a Family Mart. Under the station, there is a Watt100 shop where you can buy snacks and other necessities. There is also a bus near the station, so you can get out and see it right away. But I was a bit upset because I couldn't find a bicycle to rent around there, so I had to walk. The train to Namba takes about 30 minutes.

AAlanChengI don’t know why there are no reviews for this hotel on Ctrip. Let me add: I went to Universal Studios Japan on November 23. Later I found that most hotels in Japan were fully booked in Osaka. I searched on Ctrip and found this hotel. There are no reviews, but because its price is not high. It only costs over 700 yuan a night, which is much cheaper than the 1,000 to 2,000 yuan a night in nearby hotels, so I made a reservation. The results were very surprising. First of all, the hotel room is really big, because usually the rooms in Japan are very small. Just like Hong Kong, this room is really big. It can be worth a superior room in a five-star hotel. I As you can see from the pictures, the entire bathroom is very large and spacious. There is also a large jacuzzi. In addition, he has a large foyer, which can accommodate two large suitcases. The equipment in the room is very complete, including a refrigerator and a microwave. What’s even more surprising is that this hotel includes dinner and breakfast. There is no need to make a reservation for dinner in advance. You can order dinner no matter what time you arrive at the hotel. As you can see from the menu, you can choose food for 0 yuan. I had ramen on the first night and gyoza on the second night, which were quickly brought to the room. Reservations are required for breakfast, and the earliest reservation time is at 5 o'clock in the morning. You have three choices for breakfast, the first is Japanese food, the second is noodles, and the third is vegetables. We chose salmon with miso soup and rice two days in a row. It tastes great, clean and healthy. The bathrooms and washrooms of this hotel are very rich in toiletries. It provides a lot of things for face washing, face painting, body washing, bathing and bubble bath, and the towels are all made of plastic. The bag will be sealed for you, and it will be changed every day to make it very clean. We will clean it for you every day, and there is no need to charge any money. The most important thing is that this hotel can take the Osaka Loop Line directly from Osaka Kansai International Airport. There is no need to change lines. You can take it directly to Sakuranomiya Station, which is Sakura Nomiya Station. After getting off, it takes about 7-8 minutes to walk. The appearance will arrive. And you can also take a direct JR Osaka Loop Line from the hotel to Universal Studios, which is very, very convenient. If you want to go to Universal Studios, this hotel is the most convenient and quickest way from the airport to the hotel, and from the hotel to Universal Studios. I hope that as more people go there in the future, the hotel won’t increase prices.
