I recently stayed at this hotel and had a generally wonderful experience. Here is a breakdown of my stay:
📍 Unbeatable Location
The biggest highlight is definitely the location. It is within easy walking distance to Dotonbori and Namba, making it perfect for foodies and shoppers. Being close to several subway stations meant I could reach almost any part of Osaka, including the Umeda district and Osaka Castle, quickly and conveniently.
🛎️ Service & Amenities
Check-in/out: The process is automated and very efficient. However, when the machines had a minor hiccup, the staff were immediately available to help. The team is incredibly polite and professional.
Convenience: I loved the vending machines (drinks and vacuum bags!) located right in the hotel.
Toiletries: There is a ”grab-and-go” station on the first floor where you can pick up extra shampoo, gels, and toothbrushes as needed.
⚠️ Areas for Improvement
While I enjoyed my stay, there were some minor issues with cleanliness:
I noticed some dust buildup in the common area light fixtures.
In the room, there was visible dust on the ventilation grilles and tables, even after the cleaning service.
Verdict
Despite the minor dust issues, the convenience, location, and friendly service make this a great choice for anyone visiting Osaka.

The hotel room wasn't as big as I'd imagined, but it was larger than typical Japanese hotel rooms, fitting two suitcases comfortably. The front desk staff generally communicated well in English, though they occasionally misunderstood requests. The hotel breakfast was excellent and unique, with a wide variety of delicious options. Downstairs, there's a Hanafru dessert shop where you can enjoy parfaits, and a Michelin-starred unagi restaurant, ”Takeyatei.” It's about a 15-minute walk from Shinsaibashi, which is quite convenient overall. The only downside is the noisy biker gangs that cruise the Osaka city center at night; even the hotel's soundproof windows couldn't block out the noise, so earplugs are recommended.

It's a bit distant from Osaka station, but u can easily get to underground walkway to reach Osaka station, (by pass all the traffic, no wait traffic lights )
Free coffee /MATCHA start 2pm to 11.59pm
Vending machines inside hotel if u wan other drinks, and laundry area.
Very nice when u need a drink.
Some restaurant and convinient store near. Sukiya also not far. Pachingko also near.
My room not smart toilet, that is, if u must have a smart toilet. No big deal for me.
Satisfied for what I paid for.
Airport express, nankai line, is walkable to hotel. It is walkable from shin-immamiya station n doubutsuen mae station. Hence, easy to get around. Shinsekai is just next to hotel. Hence, lots of eateries. There is a diaso n donki round the corner. Zoo is also walkable and next to zoo is a garden with cherry blossom trees. The cherry blossom was illuminated at night. It was lovely. Whenever we come to osaka, we will stay at this hotel.

The location is fantastic, just a two to three hundred meter walk from Shinsaibashi subway station. I booked three nights last minute the day before, and it even included meals for less than 300 [currency]. I'm not sure if I stumbled upon a steal, but the value for money is absolutely incredible.
The hotel seems like a former grand hotel that's been renovated. The lobby is impressive, and the room is quite spacious, more than enough for one person. You can pick up basic toiletries, tea bags, and coffee from the front desk on the first floor. There's no bottled water in the room, but several floors have water dispensers. The only minor inconvenience is that ice, water fountains, and washing machines aren't on every floor, so going up and down the elevator can be a bit of a hassle. Breakfast is a bit simple but definitely filling.
Overall, a great experience.

Facilities: There's an ice machine and a vending machine on the floor, but no hot spring bath.
Cleanliness: Toothbrushes, combs, and such are available for self-service by the elevator on the first floor. Housekeeping is only provided for stays of four nights or more. Otherwise, you're expected to place your trash bags and used towels outside your door, and new ones will be provided when you return. Given the price, I suppose this is understandable.
Service: The front desk staff were very friendly, but check-in isn't until after 3 PM.
Overall, nothing surprising. The location and price set the expectations.
This is one of the nicest hotels I stayed in japan. Really big and spacious room with lot of amenities ( massage chair, free tv etc).
After seeing room and amenities i was so scared that maybe hotel will ask us to pay some hidden fees.. hahaha but we checked out smoothly on our checked out day.
Very near to itami airport, 10 minuets by walk, but very far from subway station, if you have heavy luggage then be prepare.
And this hotel is suitable for family, couples and solo male travelers. It’s a love hotel solo female travelers might feel little strange. But i didn’t found any objectionable thing.

This was my second stay at the hotel, and it was just as clean and tidy as before. The room was very spacious, and the bedding, comforter, and pillows were all super comfortable. There's free coffee in the lobby, and a Lawson convenience store, McDonald's, and ramen shop nearby. The bus stop is about a 10-minute walk away, with direct service to Kansai Airport. All in all, this hotel is our top choice for accommodation in Osaka! 👍👍👍

BEAUTIFUL HOTEL! Very clean and all staff amazing, especially Quyen who kindly did our check in and was polite and helpful. Did not need room cleaning as only stayed 2 days but room was clean and had everything needed. (Hair drier, teas, water). Great stay.

My child went back home a day early, so I changed my booking from a triple room to a twin room. Comparing the two, the twin room was much more suitable; the triple room was so cramped we couldn't even open our luggage. The hotel's second-floor sky bridge connects directly to the entire Umeda area. The hotel also provides discount coupons that can be used at the B1 supermarket. If you go after 8 PM, there are often discounted bento boxes, which offer great value. For example, a fried pork cutlet rice bowl for around 500 yen, discounted by 30%, plus beer, salad, sushi, and sashimi, all for just over 3000 yen – excellent value for money!
Great
