Clean and good location. It's my first time in Osaka. Mostly I just walk to most of the tourist spots. There are multiple train stations within walking distance. Also, the best is that, the limousine bus from the airport does make a stop nearby this hotel. The room is spacious. Multiple convenience stores around. The 7 Eleven is just right next to the hotel. Awesome. Highly recommend.

Excellent value for money! The hotel is conveniently located in a bustling area, very close to Nihonbashi subway station and the Dotonbori-Shinsaibashi pedestrian street. The staff are friendly and welcoming! Breakfast offers a great variety. The room's decor and layout are aesthetically pleasing, and all the facilities you could need are provided!

The hotel overall is quite good with a pleasant environment, housed in an independent Western-style building. It's located right near Shinsaibashi shopping center, just a five-minute walk away. Being off the main road, it offers a peaceful stay despite being in a bustling area. It's close to Shinsaibashi subway station, and Nagahoribashi subway station is also nearby. The price I paid was a bit high because I visited during the autumn foliage season; it would offer better value for money during the off-peak season. The room size is normal for a Japanese hotel. The lobby on the ground floor has a water dispenser and complimentary disposable skincare products, which is very convenient. Downstairs, there's a convenience store and a few restaurants with good food.

The location of the hotel is pretty convenient. 5–6 minutes walk to Hommachi St., which you can easily use to travel to Kyoto, Kobe, etc.  The check-in and check-out were really fast, and we had an upgrade, which was worth the price. I had read the previous reviews about the rudeness of the staff, which is not actually due to this, but it’s the language barrier that could make a tired traveller a little less patient.  If you wish to ask something more specific, please don’t be afraid to use the Google Translate app to help you with the communication. The staff have been really helpful to all of our enquiries. Some remarks were about the hotel lobby being on the 15th floor, but they have a dedicated entrance for taxis or cars to reach the hotel.  Bonus: if you exit through KoKuMiN Osaka Metro Yodoyabashi Station (Exit 4) on your right is a local grocery store that sells local produce and other fruits/food products. It's cheaper to go here to buy your drinks and fruits, etc.

The hotel's surroundings are excellent, with convenient transportation; there are 3 subway stations within 1 km. However, I did notice some discrimination against Chinese guests, especially from the breakfast restaurant staff. Their service attitude clearly differed between Chinese guests and Caucasians. While it might not bother everyone, it was noticeable. Overall, this hotel is still worth staying at. The room cleaning was also very good and timely.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Osaka. The service at the front desk was excellent. I would like to especially thank Ms. Noto for her kind and patient assistance in helping me find the best way to the airport. I will definitely book this hotel again the next time I visit Osaka!

The hotel is conveniently located right outside Sakurajima Station. The environment is nice, and the two main highlights are the hot springs and the breakfast. I soaked in the hot springs for four days straight, it was incredibly relaxing! The breakfast quality is excellent. We were traveling with my elderly mother, so we bought breakfast for her. She could sleep in, then enjoy a good meal before heading out to explore, which really helped her stay energized! Walking to Universal Studios isn't too far either, about a 15-minute walk, which is perfectly acceptable.

Located in the business district, it seems to attract mostly business travelers. The room doesn't feel like a traditional Japanese hotel, but it's quite spacious by Japanese standards. There are many thoughtful and exquisite touches, such as shoe shining and fragrance selection available in the laundry room. I would definitely come back again.

The hotel is in between Shinsaibashi Station and Nagahoribashi Station. The staff are polite and friendly. The room is decent size for two people, though 2 open luggages can only be done halfway open, but sti ok. There’s free hot & cold drinks at the lounge area which is open from 5am to 12mn. The buffet breakfast is nice, mostly local Japanese foods (which we like), i can say that the cereal can be considered western. 😁 There’s a family mart just 2-5mins walk. And you can also walk to Namba from the hotel. Overall, it is a good hotel choice when in Osaka.

The location is excellent, just turn left downstairs and you're at Shinsaibashi. There's a supermarket, noodle shop, and coffee shop nearby for breakfast. There are also two popular ramen shops downstairs that always have a queue. The room is small but well-laid out, clean, and hygienic. There's an elderly gentleman at the front desk who speaks Chinese and is very friendly. I would choose to stay here again next time.

NNutchanonThe hotel is very spacious, about 15 minutes walk from Ishizugawa Station. The area around the hotel is quite dark at night, a bit scary, but there are restaurants, McDonald's, Lawson and 7-11. Walking near the station, there is a Family Mart. Under the station, there is a Watt100 shop where you can buy snacks and other necessities. There is also a bus near the station, so you can get out and see it right away. But I was a bit upset because I couldn't find a bicycle to rent around there, so I had to walk. The train to Namba takes about 30 minutes.

GGuest UserI've always booked accommodations near Tennoji, but this was my first time booking in Namba! Overall, the hotel location was great. A 7-Eleven is right in front (perhaps because it's in Namba, the convenience store is large, but there were a lot of tourists, so there weren't many desserts). Next door is a 24-hour restaurant, a home-style restaurant serving grilled fish (really, really delicious), Dotonbori, Aeon Mart, and other great options. It was also close to the station, which was nice. However, it was a bit far from Don Quijote (and the drugstores selling Canmake were also a bit far). Since the hotel was relatively new, it was really clean and more spacious than I expected. For ladies, since there were no mirrors on the tables, it would be a good idea to bring a standing mirror for makeup. The hair dryer was also really weak, so if you have long hair, you might have to wake up 10 to 20 minutes earlier! The bathroom, shower, and sink were all separate, which was incredibly convenient and nice. The bathtub was especially spacious, which was a huge plus! Breakfast doesn't seem necessary. It's close to Sukiya and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. I just took out some frozen or refrigerated items from the fridge and microwaved them! I couldn't eat for four days because the breakfast wasn't served until 9:30 AM. If you want to clean, there's a notice posted on the door. It's not a full cleaning, but more like emptying the trash can and replacing the towels. The day I left late, they didn't post a notice, so I didn't clean the room. They didn't leave towels at the door, so I called when I got back that evening to request a towel! Still, the location, cleanliness, and room condition are all top-notch for the price. I think I'll book again next time I'm in Osaka.

AAlanChengI don’t know why there are no reviews for this hotel on Ctrip. Let me add: I went to Universal Studios Japan on November 23. Later I found that most hotels in Japan were fully booked in Osaka. I searched on Ctrip and found this hotel. There are no reviews, but because its price is not high. It only costs over 700 yuan a night, which is much cheaper than the 1,000 to 2,000 yuan a night in nearby hotels, so I made a reservation. The results were very surprising. First of all, the hotel room is really big, because usually the rooms in Japan are very small. Just like Hong Kong, this room is really big. It can be worth a superior room in a five-star hotel. I As you can see from the pictures, the entire bathroom is very large and spacious. There is also a large jacuzzi. In addition, he has a large foyer, which can accommodate two large suitcases. The equipment in the room is very complete, including a refrigerator and a microwave. What’s even more surprising is that this hotel includes dinner and breakfast. There is no need to make a reservation for dinner in advance. You can order dinner no matter what time you arrive at the hotel. As you can see from the menu, you can choose food for 0 yuan. I had ramen on the first night and gyoza on the second night, which were quickly brought to the room. Reservations are required for breakfast, and the earliest reservation time is at 5 o'clock in the morning. You have three choices for breakfast, the first is Japanese food, the second is noodles, and the third is vegetables. We chose salmon with miso soup and rice two days in a row. It tastes great, clean and healthy. The bathrooms and washrooms of this hotel are very rich in toiletries. It provides a lot of things for face washing, face painting, body washing, bathing and bubble bath, and the towels are all made of plastic. The bag will be sealed for you, and it will be changed every day to make it very clean. We will clean it for you every day, and there is no need to charge any money. The most important thing is that this hotel can take the Osaka Loop Line directly from Osaka Kansai International Airport. There is no need to change lines. You can take it directly to Sakuranomiya Station, which is Sakura Nomiya Station. After getting off, it takes about 7-8 minutes to walk. The appearance will arrive. And you can also take a direct JR Osaka Loop Line from the hotel to Universal Studios, which is very, very convenient. If you want to go to Universal Studios, this hotel is the most convenient and quickest way from the airport to the hotel, and from the hotel to Universal Studios. I hope that as more people go there in the future, the hotel won’t increase prices.
