"The lobby has a corner for young traveller 🥰, I am so tempted to take the stuff toy back to room😂. When I deposited my luggage as I arrived early, I had expected to collect and push to my room when I did the check-in. But they surprised me by informing me, they had placed my luggage in the room! At the lobby, after 2130hrs, you can also get free soba noodles! And you can get either free yoghurt drinks or ice cream after you visit the natural hot spring too!"

"I booked a deluxe room, and for Japan, the size was quite decent. There's a hot spring on the upper floor; it wasn't crowded when I went, and they even had popsicles after a dip in the onsen. In the evening, there's complimentary ramen on the first floor. The breakfast was very Japanese and had a good variety, which I personally enjoyed. There are also free drinks available on the first floor. It's a bit of a walk from the station, though."

"This hotel is located at a strategic location just right above the train station. It is sheltered all the way. After alighting from the airport shuttle bus terminal, take the escalator up turn left and it is just a small entrance same as GU. Take the lift up to level 5 for the reception. Many things to shop here. Hotel room is a bit small and if your luggage is open both ways, you might have problem placing it down. Take all the toiletries you need before going to the room. Does not provide shower cap though. There is coin operated washing machine in certain levels. View the status on your tv panel and it’s the convenience that I like. Comfortable stay."

"Overall, my stay was quite good. The shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner were all from Pola. The hotel also offers complimentary bath towels, facial cleansers, and more on the first floor, which is a nice touch. 👍 The hotel is about a 5-minute walk from JR Okayama Station. There's a pharmacy downstairs, and the walk from JR Station to the hotel is lined with restaurants. The surrounding transportation is also very convenient; you can walk to Okayama Castle and Korakuen Garden, or take public transport as the station is very close to the hotel. All in all, the transportation is quite convenient."

”Warm hot spring trip full of human touch, intimate service is impressive” This is a very enjoyable hot spring trip. The staff at the hotel were very welcoming, from our drive to the door, check-in, breakfast and dinner, to returning the hot spring key and Check-out, the whole process showed a friendly service attitude. Although most of the staff are a bit old, their enthusiasm is as warm as welcoming you home. 1. Food quality One berth and two meals of breakfast and dinner are very rich, and the taste is quite authentic. 2. Intimate hot spring arrangement The hotel has 2 family hot springs for guests in each room to use privately. The hotel is very considerate, knowing that we are a family of four, and specially arranged two time periods for us to charter/special soak the hot springs, so that we don't have to hurry at all, we can relax and enjoy. 3. Excellent location The location is very good, just near the ”sand soup” and at the end of the hot spring street, it is very suitable for a leisurely walk along the Tangyuan. The fly in the ointment: There is no shower in the hot spring area, and you need to use traditional wooden basins to flush your head and body, which is a bit inconvenient; in addition, the hotel has been in a long time, and the corridor cellar looks a bit shabby and a little stained. Overall, it is still not hidden, very recommended!
