"Location is easy to find and is in the central, easily going to find any functional place, staff is polite as expected. "This hotel is very popular with families, especially Japanese guests bringing their children to enjoy the snow during winter. There were quite a lot of kids staying at the hotel, so the atmosphere was lively and family-oriented. The property itself is very large. However, in my opinion, the common lounge areas felt a bit limited compared to the overall size of the hotel. The dinner buffet was excellent — almost everything was delicious. There was a wide variety of international dishes, offering something for everyone. If you visit during winter and are assigned a room on the lowest floor, your view may be blocked by a wall of snow, so that’s something to keep in mind. Also, the rooms looked bigger in the photos than they felt in reality. Overall, though, it was still a good stay."

The hot spring quality is also hot water of beautiful hot water The open-air bath is very satisfying, but the water drainage on the bathroom floor is bad, and drainage on the moving line? It is slippery and filthy.
