The room was large and spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. It also featured a big bathtub; however, there was NO hot water during the night (hot water returned in the morning).The sink was not flushing. For a one-night stay, it was tolerable it was not a major issue.

Staff was friendly and the location is central. But the bathroom was smaller than on the pictures, tv had problems and the AC always blown cold air even when it was on 30 degrees. Asked for room change twice, they don’t allowed it

Surprisingly cool hotel! Each room is unique and the interior is unique! Service from the start of entry and check in was smooth! But we weren't offered a welcome drink heheh maybe because it was already 9pm when we checked in. The room has a hairdryer, mini bar, 2 glass bottles of mineral water. Get a welcome old school cake snack. There are 3 children's play areas: beach sand play, soccer board and mini. The door is iron and unique for the DND sign or make up room using a magnetic attachment Thank God the breakfast is now a buffet, get information beforehand about the set menu. Must order room service! It's delicious guys and the packaging is really unique. The employees are pool friendly! Minuses: -bed sheet has spots -Perhaps it needs to be explained that to use cellphone facilities you must call or SMS. -Breakfast starts at 7, we arrived at 8.30. The menu needs to be improved so that it doesn't seem empty. Gonna be back!

Nice view from window. Room is spacious but has contains smell of smoke even though the request is a non-smoking room. Surprised there wasn’t a laundry plastic bag provided in the room for used clothings.

i do have a good experience stayed at Quest Hotel. they know what they’re doing also i’m not disappointed with their breakfast buffet. so it’s a good sign. i’ve been to fave hotel which’s one of Archipelago hotels too and theirs are not as good as Quest. overall you won’t be disappointed with the money you spend here

The place and scenery is good. I got my breakfast in 8am. Unfortunately the bornfire & marshmellow were unavailable. Wanna comeback with my big family ❤️

Aston Gresik Hotel felt like a quiet balance between work and rest. I came for business, but the calmness of the place made it easy to slow down once the day was done. The location is convenient, connected to a small mall and surrounded by local life. It makes everything easy, from finding food to walking around after meetings. Yet inside the hotel, it always feels peaceful. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The bed was soft, the lighting was warm, and the overall atmosphere gave a sense of calm that helped me reset each night. It is the kind of simplicity that feels thoughtful rather than plain. Breakfast was full of variety with both local and international options. The staff were attentive and kind, always greeting guests with genuine smiles. It is those little gestures that make a stay memorable.

Very beautiful hotel, close to the beach, not far from the train station (less than ten kilometers by taxi) Facilities: Normal, relatively good in Banyuwangi, very spacious bathroom Sanitation: The hotel room is clean and tidy, nothing bad was found Environment: The scenery is very good! You can see the sea from the restaurant, and Bali is opposite Service: The service of the restaurant lady is very good👍🏻The overall service is good (but one bad thing is that after the ordered meal is finished, no one collects it at the door~ and then there is no extension of cleaning, I don’t know if it’s because there is no request, maybe it’s different from China) Overall, I am very satisfied. I left too early to catch breakfast. The hotel prepared a very rich packaged breakfast (eat until full), which is much better than the hotel in China.

Very beautiful hotel, amazing territory, atmosphere, food is super, everything is very cool, but there is one BUT - now it is the month of Ramadan and no one warned us about the sounds from three o'clock in the morning🥲 it was very audible, even with earplugs. Naturally, we did not get enough sleep and did not rest after the volcano..
