I took the public bus to the hotel. It's about a 15-minute walk from the bus stop, but since it's flat, it was manageable even with a rolling suitcase.
It's within walking distance to the Blue Dome and Oia Castle.
The hotel was clean and very comfortable.
Even though my English isn't great, the front desk staff explained things slowly and helped me arrange a taxi using a translation app on my phone.

I had a wonderful stay at White Caves. The property was exceptionally clean, beautifully designed, and perfectly maintained throughout. The views were stunning, and the peaceful atmosphere made it easy to relax and unwind. Every detail felt thoughtfully curated, from the elegant interiors to the comfortable amenities. The service was warm and attentive, adding to the overall experience. A truly memorable stay — I would happily return and highly recommend it to anyone visiting.
The room was excellent, with an awesome view and breakfast (12 euro per person). They also offer dinner room service, making it a great choice for honeymooning couples.
However, during our two-night stay, the hot water wasn’t warm enough. On the first night, it seemed like the solar panels were broken. It was fixed by the next morning, and the water temperature was hot when we tested it.
But by that night, when we took a shower around midnight, the water was barely warm. We’re not sure if the hotel uses a hot water storage system, but we supposed the hot water might have run out after being used by other guests earlier.
Unfortunately, since we had sunscreen all over our bodies, we had no choice but to endure it and shower anyway.

Our stay at the hotel was excellent from start to finish. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable — perfect for a relaxing stay.
Although we didn’t book the breakfast, it looked really nice and well presented. The hotel’s atmosphere was calm and inviting, and the location was very convenient for getting around.
Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

It’s a great hotel to stay at Oia, and the view to the sunset was gorgeous from this place. Highly recommend for honeymoon. 5-star.
Pros:
- The deluxe villa was amazing! The interior design looked great.
- The room was clean and spacious.
- Apivita amenities were provided.
- The air conditioning was strong and comfortable.
- The loudspeaker worked very well.
- The hot tub jacuzzi worked well but it’s still not hot enough if you want to use it after the sunset.
- The breakfast was good.
- The common pool was great with a nice view.
- We enjoyed the signature cocktails at the bar.
- The staff were very helpful, and were willing to solve issues whenever it’s needed.
- The WhatsApp communication was effective.
Improvement:
- There are so many stairs to get to the room.
- The shower may not have hot water at night.
- The WiFi was not stable.
- The common pool closed at 6pm due to the restaurant.
- The menu of the restaurant shall be reviewed. The taste was at the lower bar of average, and the options were few.
- Since we were in honeymoon, the hotel offered some celebration options. The proposal of these offers were good, but can be more considerate regarding personalisation, allergy and preference.
- Do not having parking, and not easy to find, make sure you have your map set before heading to the hotel (no signal in the area).

Molto seccato rispondevo cge sarei andato a fare colazione

As soon as we arrived Sun Angelos Oia and thoughout our stay , we had warm greetings and hospitality from the hosts Vasilis and Ana. The cave style Villa is well designed and detail oriented. It is super clean, new and well maintained. The seaview is breath taking. We enjoy the sunset in our outdoor warm tub and decking with the white wine and fruits gifting from the hosts. It's a little outside Oia so the ambient is quiet and peaceful. You won't be able to see a lot of white cave houses and the crowd though but it only takes 15min walk to centre of Oia. There are supermarket and restaurant within 5mins walk. My dress was torn and Ana was so kind as to bring some needle and thead for my use. Service is excellent. Shower power is perfect but the outdoor tub could be more hot. If breakfast included with additional charge would definitely a plus and immaculate. we'll definitely come back in future.
A great stay for couples, we've chosen the room with the jacuzzi hot tub and it was great to relax there after a long day exploring Santorini 😊.
The breakfast was delicious and it had good variety of choices and can be delivered to the room.
The location is somewhat remote but if you rent a car (highly recommend it) that's not too much of an issue. We couldn't rent a car, but the reception can arrange for free transfers to Fira which is where you can get a bus from there to any other important spot on the island.
The room was very nice and clean and we had no issues with using all of amenities.
In short: a great stay for a great time and a great value and some great hospitality by the hosts.

Santorini is a well and truly beautiful. Every corner you turn is another picturesque spot. No wonder people call it an Instagram island.
Our experience with Hom started before we got there. We emailed the hotel numerous times prior to our arrival, they were helpful and efficient. Credits go to Faye and Mariza.
The location of Hom is only minutes walk away from the main strand in Oia. Close enough to all the actions but yet it’s so quiet and secluded. There are only 13 rooms, adults only. Throughout our 5 days there, we have hardly seen anybody else. The swimming pool is stunning, what a way to enjoy the view by perching on the edge of the pool with a cold drink served by the friendly staff, Fabio, Chris and their team.
We had a cave suit with a hot tub. It’s fresh, clean, modern and spacious. Bed was a bit too low and soft to my liking but overall quality was good.
It might be trivial but the quality of the sun lounges was excellent. Hom is a beautiful place, we would love to return one day.
While the hotel isn't located in Oia or Fira, it's situated on the edge of the caldera, overlooking the Aegean Sea. The views are stunning, making it perfect for those with plenty of time and a short vacation. A bus service runs directly to Fira, a 20-minute drive away, making transportation convenient. The hotel's service was excellent. We printed out the bus schedule in advance, and the front desk staff provided detailed information about attractions and arranged travel arrangements. They were very considerate. If you ran out of drinking water in your room, you could ask for more. The breakfast was varied and well-prepared, with a wide selection of fruits. Breakfast ended at 11:00 PM. The breakfast restaurant overlooked the Aegean Sea and was a delight. The evening menu was also excellent and worth trying, though the prices are a bit high. The small garden outside the garden-view rooms was clean and comfortable for soaking up the sun. The only downside was the lack of a gym and a rather small pool.

GGuest UserThis hotel has a special room type. I stayed in the upper and lower floors. The space configuration is reasonable and there is a jacuzzi. The sea view is infinite, and I just saw the cruise line. The hotel breakfast is delivered to the small terrace at the door of the room. You can choose the variety yourself on the first day, which is very rich! Hotel staff are very warm and thoughtful. Although the price is a bit more expensive, it is worth looking forward to. The hotel is a little far away from the place where you can watch the sunrise and sunset, but there are many small shops on the way. You can go shopping! The hotel can book a cruise project. I chose a 5-hour cruise for 140 Euros, including lunch. It is very worthwhile to experience swimming in the Aegean islands.
SSU MENGThere is a small open space at the entrance of the hotel to park. Basically there are vacancies around the hotel, even if it is not the hotel area. I am staying at the outermost room on the 2nd floor. The balcony is very comfortable and the breakfast choice is relatively small.
CClaraNice location, very good price, rooms large and clean. Breakfast was not so good. Insufficient. Host very friendly and helpful. I was glad to recommend further.
