"I stumbled upon this loft hotel by chance and was so pleasantly surprised! The natural light throughout the entire space is fantastic, really making photos pop. The double-story design is super practical, offering great privacy, and having a bathroom on each floor means no fighting over it. The tatami mats paired with the large projector screen make for a really comfortable and relaxing setup. The place is clean with no strange smells, and all the amenities are brand new. The host was warm and attentive, and parking was convenient. Overall, it's excellent value for money, making my entire stay comfortable. Definitely worth rebooking!"

Guest UserFacilities: Not great, especially the water situation. The sink faucet splattered everywhere, and the drain cover was loose. It was hard to adjust the water temperature in the shower, and the bathtub couldn't hold water. The hairdryer only blew cold air.
Hygiene: Okay, but they didn't refill the shampoo, and the replacement towels weren't put on the rack, so I couldn't find them.
Service: The service attitude was good; they brought yogurt every day and were very welcoming.
Environment: The location is good, and it's quiet for sleeping.

After being out in the wilderness, it was great to finally experience some civilization! This hotel offers excellent service. As soon as we arrived, someone helped us with our luggage from the car. The hotel environment is also very good, and the front desk service deserves a special shout-out! We overslept and were about to miss breakfast, but the front desk quickly sorted it out for us. When we left, in addition to the souvenirs we bought, they even put several bottles of water in our car. The service was absolutely impeccable!

Xiao Xi (a staff member) provided attentive and thoughtful service. The room hygiene was meticulously done, with soft and dry bedding. The bathroom had no standing water or odors, and the toiletries were complete and of good quality. The room had good lighting and ventilation, and excellent soundproofing, ensuring a quiet and peaceful night's sleep. The location is superb, making it convenient for commuting, dining, and shopping, with complete surrounding amenities. The breakfast offered a rich variety, including meat, vegetables, pastries, and beverages, all fresh and delicious. The front desk staff, Xiao Xi, had a gentle attitude and responded quickly to requests. The value for money far surpasses hotels in the same price range. The room was spacious, and everything necessary was there.
My room didn't have AC, but a double layer of windows so it's not noisy to keep it open at night.
Shower was really big, but the opposite wall from the tap had dust and other people hair.
We managed communication with translator apps and call to manager :)

The front desk service was very enthusiastic. When I checked in, I was given cookies, which were delicious and hot. The front desk lady patiently introduced the hotel and the swimming pool and gym. I also went to experience them. The service of the swimming pool staff was also very good and warm. The room was clean and tidy. I will continue to choose this hotel next time.

The backyard parking lot was huge, the location was excellent, very close to the lake. The front desk staff were warm and thoughtful, and their responses were prompt. Overall, a perfect experience! The room was well-maintained, and the front desk service was attentive. It's clear that the hotel's service standards are meticulously executed.
The bedding material was new and pleasant, but the duvet was too thick. The air conditioning controls didn't work, causing me to wake up sweating numerous times throughout the night. Perhaps a lighter blanket would be more suitable for summer, rather than washing fewer sheets? It was a shame to have two nights of restless sleep due to the heat.
Breakfast was simple with ordinary ingredients. On the first day, there was no butter or jam next to the toaster. On the second day, there was no salad dressing by the salad bar.
The front desk staff were all excellent, even providing double portions of lotion. However, they offered to put a humidifier in my room in the evening, but it never appeared. I'm not sure if the housekeeping staff forgot or if there was another reason.
Finally, I hope any self-driving guests who see this can buy some cat food for the adorable cats in the outdoor parking lot behind the hotel. The weather is so dry, and I'm worried they don't have enough water to drink. It's been on my mind; if I wasn't rushing off, I would have bought some cat food myself. Both little cats are so well-behaved! May good people live long and prosper!

This hotel is my top choice when staying in the city center. Its prime location makes getting around incredibly easy, and with the airport shuttle stopping right outside, catching a flight is a breeze. The rooms are well-equipped and functional, and the staff are friendly and proactive, handling all requests efficiently. The views from the high-floor rooms are exceptional; the city lights up beautifully at night, making for a truly comfortable stay. I highly recommend it!
My only minor quibbles were with one of the cleaning staff. I asked for water twice but only received it the first time. The second time, she insisted she had already provided it. Some additional training might be beneficial there. Also, due to Qinghai's dry climate, a humidifier was necessary, but I noticed some limescale inside, so hygiene in that area could be improved.
On a positive note, the front desk lady was absolutely wonderful and very thoughtful. She reminded us to buy oxygen canisters in the city for emergencies.

The interior decoration of the room is similar to that of a four-star hotel. The bathroom is slightly weaker. It provides disposable towels and bath towels to avoid the problem of hygiene and cleaning of bathroom supplies, but after all, it has a different feeling from the towels of high-end hotels.
When I arrived at the hotel, the boss was very enthusiastic. Although there was no parking lot of his own, he could park at the entrance of the hotel. Others were parked in the opposite parking lot. Fortunately, the road was not wide and it was very convenient to cross the street.
