Where the wind blows low and cattle and sheep are seen~ This guesthouse blends seamlessly with the Ulan Hada volcano landscape! Open the window to a magnificent view of the volcanoes, and fall asleep under the Milky Way at night. The guesthouse itself is very stylish, with a unique Mongolian milk slice coffee. The restaurant offers stir-fries and hotpot, and the adjacent hot spring center is just a stone's throw away. The facilities are all-encompassing, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. In the evening, we enjoyed a high-quality beef and lamb hotpot at the stunning restaurant, followed by an outdoor hot spring soak – pure bliss. The staff were warm and attentive, making the overall experience perfect! This was the most satisfying guesthouse of our trip.

The hotel's location is excellent, making it very convenient to get around. The room was spotlessly clean, with no strange odors, and the soundproofing was good, ensuring a very peaceful night's sleep. The front desk staff were gentle and polite. The toiletries were comprehensive, and the value for money was absolutely amazing. It's definitely my top choice for accommodation when traveling!

First impression of the hotel was good. We stayed at 25th floor, So that the room is bigger than others. The reason we choose this hotel because It has a swimming pool. So, after checking in, I went to check the pool. I was shocked to see so many people there. It turned out there was a swimming lesson with 6 instructors and twenty something students. The lesson is running from 9am to 8.30pm. ( pool is closed at 9.30 and only 4 line.) I was very disappointed, therefore I called the duty manager and told him the issue. Soon after, the front seat manager Mr Li came to my room with apologetic attitude. Even though he couldn't resolved the issue, we felt that it was out of his hand. Food at fifth floor was so so. Breakfast has a lot of room to improve. If you want to relax in the pool. Don't go there. Otherwise it is a good choice to have a peaceful sleep.

This hotel is truly unique! Taking the cable car up to the hotel offers breathtaking views along the way, showcasing the stunning desert landscape – a truly rare and precious resource. My favorite part was the pillows and mattress; after a full day of activities, I slept incredibly soundly. The lamb at breakfast was absolutely divine – so tender, refreshing, and fragrant. There was a wide variety of drinks, including various beers and wines. We rode camels and witnessed both sunrise and sunset. Spending the afternoon relaxing on a lounge chair in the desert was incredibly blissful. This was the best vacation ever, with first-class desert scenery. Highly recommend for family holidays!

Beautiful and convenient hotel. Recommend to stay here. Room was large, clean new and comfortable. Breakfasts were good, it is possible to find dishes for everybody. But there were some problems with drinks (coffee and tea were strange and consisted much sugar). Check-in and check-out were fast. Ir is easy to get to the hotel from the city center, about 10 minutes to go on foot or 3-4 minutes by taxi. But the street is more quite than others.

The Russian-style decor was more complete than I expected. The wooden furniture, old photos, and warm yellow lighting in the lobby, along with the somewhat old-fashioned hallway, were all perfect for just chilling out. The room itself was more comfortable than anticipated; the bedding was clean, and the soundproofing was decent. From the window, you could directly see the night view of Manzhouli, with the streetlights and Russian architecture blending together at night, giving it that unique frontier city vibe. The location is also convenient, not far from Matryoshka Square and Zhongsu Golden Street, making it great for a leisurely stroll, especially recommended for an evening walk.

The hotel's service was incredibly thoughtful, covering everything from check-in and luggage handling to transportation. Every staff member had a great attitude, which is quite rare and appreciated. The all-inclusive package was fantastic – three buffet meals, activities, and shows, definitely worth the price. So far, aside from the yurt accommodations being a bit basic (though excellent for a yurt!), everything else has been perfect. The biggest surprise was the evening performance, 'Nomad's Home,' which was an immersive experience showcasing Mongolian culture. With live Mongolian dance lessons, a bonfire, fireworks, and a DJ, it had such a great vibe! I personally think it offers better value than the Lotus and Xiangsha resorts!

Environment: A French-style hotel with exquisite decor. It has three floors, and the rooms are very unique. Cleanliness: Exceptionally clean. During the Spring Festival, a very friendly cleaning lady was seen cleaning morning and evening; the entire hotel smelled wonderful. Facilities: A fully equipped hotel! While not as large as the Matryoshka Hotel, it has a self-service laundry room, breakfast area, and lounge area. Service: The service was truly excellent. From the first day when we inquired about Mongolian cuisine, the front desk staff proactively helped us contact restaurants; to the past two days when we couldn't travel due to the blizzard, the hotel's understanding and proactive arrangements for extending our stay were very heartwarming.

This stay was absolutely fantastic! The hotel's cleanliness was top-notch, with a spotless room. The environment was comfortable and pleasant, nice and quiet. The service was warm and attentive, with quick responses to everything. All the facilities were complete and in perfect working order, making for a great experience. It's super convenient whether you're out and about or just relaxing, and offers excellent value for money. I've already recommended it to friends and will definitely be back!

Just after I checked in, I was poked in the details. The magnolia simulation flowers in the corridor and the floral layout of the room were very elegant, and even the yellow mushrooms (the special souvenirs mentioned by the front desk lady) were all carefully photographed. The environment is clean and tidy, the service is super intimate, the overall atmosphere is quiet and comfortable, I will choose here next time!
