AAnonymous UserIn Southborough, very close to the company, nice and quiet environment
The front desk service was very good. I arrived quite late at night and was given freshly baked cookies, which was very considerate
The room was quite large, the two large beds were very comfortable, the bathroom facilities were also good, and the cloakroom was very convenient
You can watch Netflix and other movies on the TV for a fee, and there is also cable TV
The only drawback is that the coffee machine is very dirty, with dust inside and outside, and needs to be washed before use. The disposable cups and cup lids provided are also covered with dust
I don’t know if this room has not been occupied for a long time
Please check the hygiene of the room before checking in
HHi there!Newly renovated room with very comfortable bed/beddings and good temperature control system. Conveniently located to shopping and other tourist sites. Also easily accessible to Prudential station.
AAnonymous UserHad such a wonderful experience here, we went on a little weekend getaway before our first baby comes, firstly they gave us a complimentary upgrade to our room, my honey and our friend enjoyed the bar drinks and were served their beverages in the timely manner, breakfast the next morning, the food was delightful and was brought directly to our room for us. Check in and out was made so easy with the kindest front desk attendants. The view from our room was incredible!
10 out of 10 will be staying here when we find ourselves in Boston again.
Yyuan~erThe location is average and the health is OK. We are working there so choose. If it is a trip, it is more troublesome, because it costs 30 dollars to take a taxi to the city and 30 dollars to Harvard University. There are no slippers and toiletries in the room, and there are no hotels in the United States. It is very strange. Breakfast is mainly cold meals. It is good to use it as a fast hotel. Don't think about it compared with the domestic Hilton.
**cx0222The hotel was very clean, and it's about a 10-minute walk to the nearest subway station. The overall environment of the hotel is excellent, and there's a bar on the first floor. The staff were friendly and helpful, allowing us to store our luggage. Plus, there's parking available outside the hotel.
GGuest UserThis hotel is very cost-effective. There is a free shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel. You can call the hotel and they will pick you up at the airport within ten minutes. The new rooms in the hotel are large and clean. The service provided by the handsome guy at the front desk is super good. The hotel is fully equipped with 3 washing machines and 5 dryers, all of which are free to use. In addition, the buffet breakfast is also very good, with variety and quality exceeding similar hotels. It is worth recommending!
GGuest UserLocation of the hotel is really close to the airport. It is a nice hotel, the price a bit too high for the quality of the rooms. There were a few things that could be better, hair on places you don't want them, dirty spots. Parkinglot that was full and the price was 20 dollars a night
SSHHUANGThe staff were friendly, but the air conditioner was too loud and disturbed my sleep. Also, the toilet made a loud noise when flushing (not the sound of water), which also affected my rest. The hairdryer was broken on the first day of my stay and was only replaced after I complained. Overall, the facilities were in poor condition, which will affect our decision to choose this place again.
