We had a wonderful 3-night stay at Hue Hotels and Resorts Puerto Princesa, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The hotel features a modern and stylish design that creates a very welcoming atmosphere from the moment you arrive. Our room was excellent - clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The bunk beds were a fantastic addition, especially for families, and the main bed was super comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is its location. There are plenty of food options nearby, and the famous Robinsons Shopping Mall is just next door, making everything very convenient. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of choices, and the rooftop pool was absolutely amazing - perfect for relaxing after a long day. The child playroom and gym facilities were also well-equipped and enjoyable. We also tried the in-house massage spa, which was a very relaxing and satisfying experience.

Staff : friendly, helpful, accommodating, and providing ”top tier” hospitality The location is a major highlight, as the hotel is only a 2-5 minute drive or a short walk from the Puerto Princesa International Airport. rooms are spacious, clean, well-designed with unique hand-painted murals, and having very comfortable beds.

What an incredible stay! We absolutely loved EVERYTHING about Zuri. Starting from the staff - everybody was super nice, helpful and smiley. They even had a thermometer for us to buy when we needed one! The transport was waiting for us at the airport (paid 300php/person one way). The room and bathroom was really spacious and spotless. There’s plenty of space for the clothes and stuff in the bathroom. The room also has a fridge, kettle with coffee/tea choices as well as bathroom alimentaries. The resort area is amazing. The resort is places by the hill a bit away from the town, facing the sea and Coron island. It has 3 pools + 1 kiddie pool, a pool bar, cafe, restaurant, shop, ATM and more. It’s surrounded by greens. You can truly rest there. The breakfasts there were exceptional! Lots of choice, different food both western and Asian. There was also barbecue in the evenings, very tasty as well. We loved it! The only minor downsides: - you can’t really control the AC, there’s no remote, you can have it set to fan or cool and set the power 1-10 - there is no reception in the room - there are not many power outlets in the room

Wonderful hotel!!! The service, cleanliness, food, and activities were all top-notch! The hotel offers lovely complimentary touches like free lemon tea in the fridge, a bag, a scarf, and local coffee. In the evenings, they bring pastries to your room. The coconut balls are absolutely amazing! During the day, there are free snacks and refreshing drinks. There's also a happy hour – buy one cocktail, get one free. We experienced the dinner buffet, which was excellent! You can even try their famous suckling pig. Breakfast offers something for every taste! There's also a restaurant on the second floor with incredibly large and delicious dishes. The hotel's massage service was also great; you can choose between a 1-hour or 1.5-hour session. They offer free bicycles and boats. Definitely take a boat ride; you might spot sea urchins, starfish, and small fish. You can use the bikes to explore the town. The gym is excellent, with everything you need, plus air conditioning, towels, and water! The pool is clean, and the water temperature is very comfortable. Archery is also free. Swimming from the shore in the sea can be a bit challenging as it's very shallow, but you can take a boat out to deeper water for a swim. And the sunrises here are incredibly beautiful! If you want to visit the underground river or other attractions, you can arrange a tour and rent a car at reception. It might be more expensive than in town, but you save a lot of time. We rented a car and drove to the beach ourselves. It was an hour's scenic drive, and you're there. They even provided us with a bag of beach towels for the trip. During our 4-day stay, we never felt any discomfort; everything here is designed for guests. The staff are the most smiling and responsive! We will definitely return to this hotel chain again!!! AVSuites is the perfect place to stay to enjoy the best pristine beach, Aninuan, in all of Puerto Galera. Besides having a kids pool as well as an infinity pool that overlooks the sea, there are ample eateries and touristy spots nearby, from jungle walks to snorkling to waterfalls to late night hot spots. It's all there. Hotel staff are very accommodating, serving up fresh fruit shakes as well as finger foods throughout the day at reasonable prices. Plus, there is a full bar poolside, with 2-Fer drinks. Rooms are large and comfortable with abundant AC. But please don't tell your friends about this place, else we may all lose it to those dang tourists! 😁

The service and amenities are superb. The personels were very polite and accommodating. They gave us a very quiet room which is located on the 6th floor right on the roof deck. The food is good, breakfast is served in buffet which we really enjoy. It was such a memorable stay and we will definitely come back here.

Fantastic place! We loved it! The staff were super friendly and helpful and caring. The rooms are large and comfortable. The pools are clean and deep. Bar service and food was great but there are plenty of other options as the location is a short walk from the main Sabang promenade which along with the views and the space, is really fabulous. The price was competitive too. There are a few steps up (hence the view!) and if you don't like steps this could be an issue but I was grateful for the workout frankly! No complaints. Intend to stay again.

Stayed for two nights in a row. The hotel management definitely needs improvement! I paid extra for an adult rollaway bed, but there were no extra sheets or blankets, not even a bath towel or toothbrush... However, the hotel has a lot of facilities, including three pools and a waterpark, which was practically empty and provided a fantastic experience. In the evenings, there were even shows at the restaurant! Overall, it was a good experience!

We stayed at this hotel in February. The location is excellent, just a 10-minute drive from the airport. Right across the road, there's a shopping mall with a large supermarket and plenty of cafes. The hotel isn't new, but it's clean. It has a decent air conditioner and hot water. There's also a pretty good pool on the property. However, if you book tours or transfers to El Nido through the reception, be aware that punctuality is a huge problem. They'll give you one time, but you might end up waiting three hours. It seems like they book things on the fly, even though I confirmed the times with them every day during my three-day stay. And after our excursion was delayed by THREE hours, I reconfirmed the El Nido transfer twice. Ultimately, on the day of our departure, at 9:40 AM, we were informed that our 9:30 AM bus wouldn't be coming and we'd have to wait until 11 AM, but it actually arrived at 11:40 AM. Because of this significant delay, our entire day was ruined! So, I absolutely do not recommend booking any transfers or excursions through this hotel! They tell you one thing, but in reality, you could waste a lot of time, especially if you have plans!

Our stay was truly exceptional! 🌟 Superb service from start to finish, with staff who were consistently warm, attentive, and always ready to help. The location was perfect — very convenient to our convention venue and tge airport. Breakfast was surprisingly good with plenty of choices each morning. .
