Love. Love. Love this hotel. It is as grandeur as it is promised to be. Loved the Sai Aou from the hotel restaurant. Will consider staying here again should we revisit pakse. There is a lovely view of the river at the back of the hotel which makes it more special.

A very nice place directly at Mekong. Here you can relax wonderfully and make great excursions (Vat Phou, Bolevan Plateau, waterfalls and 4-thousand Islands). With the 2 pools, it is also suitable for families

Loved it! The staff honored my room request for a specific view perfectly. More importantly, they provided excellent service throughout my stay, even helping me arrange a rental car for sightseeing. Absolutely wonderful, I love this place! ❤️

The hotel was greatly situated on the island. They arranged everything for us including transfers back to Pakse. We hired bikes at 30,000kip each for 2 days and this was great fun. The hotel also did all of our laundry at a fee but it was beautifully clean! The hotel restaurant did amazing food and we particularly liked the breakfast! The pool and amenities were great and we loved our room and balcony. Would highly recommend this!! :)

An extremely emotionally & physically warm & peaceful relaxing environment with friendly happy & smiling employees offering everything I could need on site, despite the small amounts of unnecessary stress caused only via other visitor's lack of respect towards me instigated in such trivial ways that the build up of them led to the type of agitated state of mind I arrived here in & was hoping to avoid!! ✌😇👌

The staff were very friendly and the room was meticulously cleaned. Breakfast was fresh, simple, and clean. However, on the morning of my check-out, there was no water in the shower, so I couldn't wash up after returning from the gym. Even after waiting until 1 PM, the water still hadn't come back, so I had to check out all sweaty and smelly. This kind of thing shouldn't happen at a hotel of this price point, not even once! It caused such inconvenience for a guest! Also, there's a lack of life-saving equipment by the pool!

Service was good, but some confusion with food orders. Food is good, but expensive for what you get. Hot shower kept triggering the breaker, so you got maybe 3 minutes of hot water, and then had to wait to reset it (no idea if this was the case in all rooms). Overall the location makes up for most of that. It's a very peaceful location.

Such a lovely hotel! The atmosphere is great, it's very clean, and the staff are wonderful. It's located right in the city center, which is super convenient. You really feel like you're on a true getaway; just being at the hotel melts all your stress away. My only minor complaint is that breakfast isn't included in the room rate. I do think the room price is a bit on the higher side, but it's not a deal-breaker. You can always order à la carte, or there are plenty of restaurants nearby.

a bit disappointed that they firstly didn't allow us to swim in the pool as they said we need to buy swimming cap to enter pool, which cost 7$. after we say no, they said we still can swim, but make sure the hair not touch water, very weird.

Un hotel pequeño, muy pocas habitaciones. Un ambiente muy tranquilo donde relaj**** es obligatorio. Unas vistas al rio Mekong con unos amaneceres..... Desayuno correcto al estilo occidental y las habitaciones miran todas al rio. Muy bien. Cenar es una buena opcion con vistas al rio. Pueden organizarte excursiones por los alrededores y llevarte al aeropuerto.
