Guest UserWe recommend Champa Palace hotel. We had a great time. The staff is always available. Our only regret is the lack of clear excursion offerings from the hotel. We wanted to book a guide through the hotel, but no clear flyer explaining the prices could be provided. The common areas and the room are of high quality.

Lovely resort in Pakse which faces the Mekong river so there is a lovely view and breeze!
The staff were amazing from the cleaners to the receptionists. I'm sure this resort will get very popular soon as it is a hidden gem.
I stayed over Christmas and was able to have the receptionists help me book activities during my stay.
I would recommend booking their taxi service from the airport as there are no local taxis available.

Location is excellent, very easy to go around and next to Big Mekong river. Staff are friendly and very helpful.
Hotel is clean, breakfast was good. Room very clean & comfortable!
But the WiFi was very bad connection 📶 ( if you have some work to do through laptop, ) I found it a bit hard. Besides that everything was pretty good!!!

Tout ce qu’on peut attendre d’un hôtel familial: un service toujours avec le sourire, un lieu historique plein de charme bien entrenu, une piscine au soleil, un restaurant sur le bord de l’eau, des animaux de compagnie pour les enfants, et des propositions d’excursion à la journée.
Prévoir les bouchons d’oreille car quelques chambres dorment près d’un petit étang où les grenouilles sont bruyantes le soir, et le coq peut être un peu matinal

An extremely emotionally & physically warm & peaceful relaxing environment with friendly happy & smiling employees offering everything I could need on site, despite the small amounts of unnecessary stress caused only via other visitor's lack of respect towards me instigated in such trivial ways that the build up of them led to the type of agitated state of mind I arrived here in & was hoping to avoid!! ✌😇👌

Service was good, but some confusion with food orders. Food is good, but expensive for what you get. Hot shower kept triggering the breaker, so you got maybe 3 minutes of hot water, and then had to wait to reset it (no idea if this was the case in all rooms).
Overall the location makes up for most of that. It's a very peaceful location.

Chambre standard spacieuse/ confortable/
Nous avons pris nos repas sur place : plutôt correct et du choix
Petit bémol : pdj à la carte / pas de buffet/ 1 article par personne : donc si vous prenez un bol de céréales
vous ne pouvez pas ajouter autre chose ( le bol est très petit !)
Assez bon rapport qualité/prix au final
Petit bémol : une lampe de chevet imposante pour les lits jumeaux/ j’aurais aimé un petit éclairage individuel pour lire
1 seule prise près du lit !

Un hotel pequeño, muy pocas habitaciones. Un ambiente muy tranquilo donde relaj**** es obligatorio. Unas vistas al rio Mekong con unos amaneceres..... Desayuno correcto al estilo occidental y las habitaciones miran todas al rio. Muy bien. Cenar es una buena opcion con vistas al rio. Pueden organizarte excursiones por los alrededores y llevarte al aeropuerto.
