I would like to sincerely thank Mr. Sandeep for his excellent assistance in arranging our travel, and a special appreciation to Mr. Harman, our limo driver, who took great care of us throughout the three days. His dedication, hospitality, and passion for his work were truly commendable. However, there are a few points I would like to highlight for improvement. During check-in, which was quite late at around 11 p.m., we did not receive the usual Taj hospitality gestures such as a cold towel, welcome drink, or a warm welcoming approach. This may have been an oversight, but I hope the team can ensure such details are well taken care of for future guests, regardless of the check-in time. The breakfast experience was overall good, with attentive service. That said, the variety and taste of the food could be further enhanced. Similarly, at the Chinese restaurant, while the food was satisfactory, both the flavor and the portion size left room for improvement. On the positive side, the room was comfortable and well-maintained, meeting our expectations. Overall, we had a pleasant stay, and with a few refinements, the experience could be even more exceptional in true Taj style.

Overall the stay was pleasant. There were no coffee sachets in our room, requested twice but never came. There was no TV remote control so I had to turn on & off manually. Housekeeping did come but could not solve the problem. Told us that he'll ask the engineer to look into it but he didn't turn up. On the other hand, the male front desk office was very obliging. I regret not taking note of his name. He is a Hindu as he was wearing a string tied to his right wrist plus a silver bangle. I highly recommend him.

This is what i would call a perfect hotel if i can call one... Nothing was amiss and stay was comfortable beyond our expectations. Be it room, be it staff , be it buffet , be it location...just what anyone can expect. Highly recommended and will definitely stay here again

ITC Raja Sansi is a wonderful property and our stay was good. The staff was professional and warm. Food was good too! Access to the room and privacy needs significant improvement. The ground floor rooms are unable to sit with curtains open. Even with the sheers closed, there is complete.visibility inside. Further small housekeeping gaps like mini bar not working and not stocked, just one towel in the bathroom despite double occupancy etc were some gaps.

The first room they gave us was not good - the key card holder fell off - the room had a musty smell and was a corner room - thought is was small in size. So we requested then to change the room - they were kind enough to comply but then we found that all rooms are very small in this hotel - I guess we got swayed by the Marriot name and then realised that this is a low end hotel of the Marriott. We would rate this as an average hotel

Amazing stay! Excellent staff, always ready to help definitely made our stay very warm and comfortable  Breakfast had a good selection of food Freshly made paratha, masala omelette, puri and many of other dishes.  Hotel was clean  Thank you for a wonderful stay and big thank you to all the staff!

Enjoyed my stay at Ramada. Service was great and the rooms were comfortable. Chose the hotel as it was near the Golden Temple making it very convenient to visit the holy place. Definitely worth the money spent . Will definitely stay here again next time I’m in Amritsar.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The hotel's amenities were top- notch. Overall, my experience at Hotel was nothing short of fantastic. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway, and I can't wait to return!

I have stayed in this hotel several times in the last 10 years. Always the best place to stay. Tried and tested. Price is a bit expensive and went up in recent times but overall an excellent place to stay.

Our stay at Four Points by Sheraton Amritsar, Mall Road was outstanding in every way. The service is truly way above expectations — warm, attentive, and consistently professional. A special mention to Mr. Raghav Mehta and the entire Front Office team for their exceptional care and leadership. The restaurant staff were equally impressive, and the bell boy and security team ensured we felt welcomed and well looked after from the moment we arrived. The rooms were extremely comfortable, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully prepared. After a long journey, we had the most refreshing snooze — exactly what we needed. The food was excellent, and the gym facilities were well-maintained and convenient. An all-round 10/10 experience — we highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Amritsar.
