Hotels With Pools in Attica, Greece

The Candia hotel was a very short and easy walk with a lot of luggage from the train station. I was able to check in an hour earlier than they state in the information and the receptionists were very helpful. The hotel is a short walk to the underground station in Thessaloniki from there it was a short train ride ( very exciting if you get a front seat) to all the museums and centre. The room at Candia was very large with a big bathroom and was very comfy, clean and relaxing. There are shutters in the windows that was good for the mornings. Nd the sun did not wake me up! Breakfast was amazing with a wide variety of hot and cold food. I especially liked the fruit and yoghurts with an array of extra bits for healthy toppings. The swimming pool was lively and I had fun in the sun. There were plenty of staff to help there and make my stay fabulous. The views from the top of the hotel were great and I wished I’d taken some images! Thessaloniki has a lot to offer travellers who enjoy culture, which is why I chose to stay there.

The hotel overall isn’t bad; it’s located right in front of the metro exit and is a 15-minute walk from the city center. However, considering what I paid, I expected more. The room was old, with no shutters and curtains that barely blocked the blue LED lights that stay on all night on the balcony to illuminate the hotel’s façade. The bathroom flooded with every shower because the drain was clogged, and water would come out of a second drain outside the shower box. Breakfast was fairly good. The rooftop pool is very nice, with a beautiful view of the Acropolis.

The rooms are very square, with complete facilities and very nice staff. The restaurant on the 10th floor of the hotel is right in front of the Acropolis. It has a very nice location and scenery! It takes only 10 minutes to walk to the Acropolis and other attractions in the market center. It is very convenient for food, clothing, housing and transportation. The quality of breakfast is a little bit worse, and the dinner is expensive but the taste is average. However, compared with the surrounding hotels, the overall rating of this hotel is still very cost-effective. Some employees have a very good service attitude, and I gave them a lot of tips. I would like to stay here next time I come to Athens.

Definitely recommend this hotel. I've never written a review before. Welcoming from the moment you step into the hotel. Staff are extremely helpful and carry a warm smile. Restaurant staff go out of their way to meet your requirements. And they even allow you to store your luggage if your flight is later then your check out. Not only they allow you to all that, but go as far as allowing you to use the pool area..the swimming pool shower. One of the best experiences I've had staying in a hotel. Top. 💯

The sanitation is relatively clean. We arrived on the morning of the 11th. They stored our luggage very considerately. Then we went out very early on the 13th. They also packed breakfast for us. They were very enthusiastic and the service was very good. The breakfast was quite good. But I forgot to ask when the deposit would be refunded when I checked out?

This hotel is simply divine! It’s brand new construction. The rooms, bed, air conditioning are wonderful. The Athens view roof top restaurant is one of the best parts of the hotel. The food is delicious. The service is exceptional. The morning breakfast is the best breakfast that I have ever had in a hotel. The breakfast room with outdoor garden is serene and a wonderful experience. The only negatives are: 1) The pool is cold and not heated 2) The hotel is far away from the desirable area of plaka or Monastiraki. $15 Euros by cab or 1 hour walk.

The hotel is not big, just a small white building, but the location is great (Vouliagmeni is a wealthy area in Athens). It is surrounded by private villas. There are bays, lakes, restaurants and supermarkets nearby within a few minutes' walk. I stayed in a superior single room. The room was very elegant and clean. It also had a small balcony facing the street and was very quiet. The front desk service was very friendly. They helped me book a taxi (don’t forget to tip) and patiently told me the location of the supermarket. My flight was late, and they agreed without hesitation that I would check out an hour later. The room was also very clean. I tipped the waiter 1 euro every day and she was very happy. If you have any questions, just talk to the front desk, they are very efficient. This is an excellent place for vacation and leisure. The Mediterranean climate is pleasant, the air is fresh, and the sea water is very clear and clean. The nearby Vouliagmeni Lake is a seawater hot spring lake. Many locals come here to swim. It is a paradise for those who like swimming. The price is very cost-effective when booking in advance, and the price-performance ratio is very high. It is very expensive in peak season. The hotel's breakfast is a buffet with all kinds of Greek specialties. I didn't get tired of eating it for five days. The Greeks are just as good at cooking as the Chinese, and our tastes are similar. Most of the nearby restaurants are seafood, with first-class environment, all on the seaside, and very cheap and delicious. Friends who like seafood can really enjoy it. If I have the chance, I will stay at this hotel again.

The hotel is located in a quiet and beautiful area although somewhat far from Athens, the Acropolis (40 minutes by bus and metro). The hotel looks renovated and very nice, the staff is super friendly and willing to help you with everything, they speak several languages ​​so surely a person at the reception speaks your language and it will be easier for you to understand them. The only drawback is that the avenue that runs right next to the hotel is very wide and at night you can hear the noise of motorcycles passing by at high speed. The insulation of the windows could be improved although we were able to rest perfectly.

The room is large and quiet. The service is very good and luggage can be stored for free. The biggest highlight is that you can see the Acropolis and the whole view of Athens from the 7th floor of the hotel. It is so shocking and so cool…
