Our stay at The Nile Ritz-Carlton, Cairo was nothing short of unforgettable — an experience that felt less like checking into a hotel and more like stepping into a world of genuine care and effortless luxury. From the very first moment, the reception staff welcomed us with warmth and grace, guiding us not just through the check-in process, but through the very heart of Cairo itself. Their thoughtful recommendations and attentive guidance turned our trip into something so much more than a vacation — they made it feel like a homecoming in a city we had just met. The rooms were immaculate, the amenities refined, and the service nothing less than flawless. Every corner of the property seemed to carry with it a sense of elegance, yet what truly elevated our stay was the spirit of the people working there. Breakfast each morning was a celebration. The food was fresh, abundant, and delicious, but it was the serving staff who transformed it into something memorable. With kindness in every gesture and attentiveness in every moment, they anticipated our needs before we could even ask. The way they greeted us with smiles, remembered our preferences, and treated us with genuine care turned a simple meal into a highlight of our day. The Nile Ritz-Carlton is not just a hotel — it is an orchestra of hospitality, with every member of staff playing their part to perfection. To the reception team who guided us, and the breakfast staff who brightened our mornings, thank you for showing us what true hospitality means. This is more than a place to stay; it is an experience that lingers long after you’ve left, and one we can’t wait to return to.

This hotel is absolutely perfect, and the service was outstanding! I've stayed in many five-star hotels, but this one truly exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend it to fellow Chinese travelers! The facilities are very new, and they even upgraded me to a two-bedroom apartment for free, which must have been around 160 square meters. The restaurant is also excellent; I tried the steak house and ordered an improved version of the Whiskey Sour, which was delicious. The ambiance is great, and you get a fantastic view of the Nile River from the window – very chic! You can take a boat from the riverbank downstairs, though I didn't go myself as I wanted to try a felucca. When I checked out, they kindly extended my checkout time to 2 PM. If I hadn't already booked my next stay at the Movenpick Resort Aswan (Movenpick Palace), I would have loved to stay an extra night, haha. In short, it's just one word: perfect.

The best service in terms of speed of response to any request, in addition to cleanliness and attention to services, as well as good reception, especially from Brother Mohab in the reception department. All employees are characterized by professionalism and sophistication in dealing. There is no doubt that the Four Seasons Nile Plaza is one of the best hotels in Cairo.

The room was a bit small, and there was a strange smell coming from one side of the bed, though I couldn't pinpoint the source. The shower knob was incredibly stiff; I had to use all my strength just to turn it on. The worst part was check-in. After a 10-hour flight, I arrived at the hotel around 1 PM, only to be told the room wasn't ready and I'd have to wait 45 minutes. So I waited. An hour later, I checked again, and it still wasn't ready. Another 30 minutes went by, and when I inquired again, I was told it still wasn't ready. Meanwhile, other guests were checking in at the front desk, and none of them seemed to be waiting. It wasn't until past 3 PM, on my fourth attempt, that the front desk initially told me to wait again. I then mentioned that the lobby air conditioning was too cold and I wasn't feeling well. Only then did the front desk say 'Okay...' and promptly made our room cards. It really felt like they had rooms available but just weren't giving them out... The bed and pillows were good; I slept very well for both nights. However, there was always a loud noise in the middle of the night... It sounded like huge pipes or some machinery running. The room came with a universal adapter, which was a thoughtful touch.

Stayed for 4 nights. Upon check-in I asked the man at the reception if anything else was needed as normally a deposit would be taken. Was told that everything was fine. On the 2nd night we decided to have dinner at the restaurant at the lobby. Food was not prepared as I requested as I ordered steak. The waiter insisted that I sliced through the middle to check it as I ordered medium rare. He agreed that it was overcooked. Took it back and said that they would prepare another order. However, 5minutes later he sent the same steak back to me and mentioned that they checked under proper lighting and it was cooked properly. It was very obvious that it was definitely overcooked and dry. I just accepted it and couldn’t be bothered. Mind you the fries that came with the steak was over fried and hard as rock. I didn’t even eat another piece after trying it. Halfway through chewing on the hard and dry steak. The waiter decided to come back again and ask if everything was fine and if I didn’t like it they could cook me another piece. This was just frustrating and I didn’t want to wait anymore as it was late and I was tired from a full day tour. Finally finished my dinner and asked for the bill. I signed it to the room. The waiter comes back and tells me that I didn’t put a deposit in the room so I had to pay. Mind you I brought no cards or cash since I expected that I could bill to the room. One of us ended up going back to the room to take money to pay for the meal which was embarrassing and unacceptable for our standards. We were staying for 4 nights. On our last night of stay, we came back to the hotel and we were locked out of the room. Had to go back to reception and found out that the person who checked us in didn’t put the correct number of nights. This was truly a disgrace on Waldorf and the receptionist.  Obviously your staff at the check in need more training. I have stayed in many international hotels around the world and never face such lowly trained staff at reception that make such mistakes which spoils the image of the hotel.  However, I have to give a huge shoutout to a few people that made my days great. Menna and Apeeo from breakfast were wonderful. Impeccable service from them. However, male staffs showed poor knowledge and were quite lazy as they were more interested in chatting that serving customers. Bellman Sherif was wonderful helping us check out with our luggages and even waited with us for our transport.

The location is very good, and it takes only 7 or 8 minutes to walk to the Egyptian National Museum. The breakfast is invincible, everything is delicious, but I haven't tried Egyptian food haha. Then there is the service. As long as you frown a little, they will come over and ask if you need any help. It's amazing, I give it a thumbs up!

Its worth staying here. Lovely reception staff. however, only half of the staff can understand and speak english and only half of them were smiling/welcoming which my partner was quite upset with. Please make sure you do you research of the locatiom, money convertion and know the scams when they are coming. My partner was said a pringles can is 950 egp!! When I went to check, I was told 300 🌚 Outsite the hotel, there is proper scamming going on, once they know you are not local. We only went for pyramids and stuff due to my craze about it. So didnt mind going there once in our life time. They have a revolvng restaurant too at the top!

This Cairo business hotel is impressive! The lobby is designed in modern Arabic style, with high domes and crystal chandeliers, and the business lounge is equipped with high-speed WiFi and smart printers. The rooms are spacious and bright, with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the Nile River. The ergonomic desks and chairs are equipped with multi-function sockets, making the office very comfortable. The soundproofing is excellent, ensuring the privacy of conference calls. The executive lounge provides tea breaks 24 hours a day, which is especially suitable for adjusting the time difference of cross-border video conferences. The hotel is ideally located only 15 minutes' drive from the International Convention and Exhibition Center, making it an ideal choice for business guests.

Lovely hotel in a prime location on the Nile. Our room had a lovely view of the Nile and the pool area. The room was modern and had all the amenities you would need including some luxury Byredo toiletries which were a nice touch. Though it’s a newly renovated hotel, the downside was that our non-smoking room had an unusual smell in it and also upon check in, the entire carpet was wet. The breakfast buffet was good although some items were a bit stale by 8am (pancakes in particular) which could’ve been better if fresh. There was no room service options from your room so we tried the restaurants but wouldn’t really recommend. We tried Kamala which is a pan-Asian fusion and though we were the only guests dining, the food took over an hour to make and wasn’t the best. The Solano restaurant again was okay, much fresher than Kamala. Would recommend the hotel for its location however the reception can get really busy and the staff could do with being more attentive to the guests they’re serving rather than those impatiently interrupting.

GGuest UserThe hotel is quite new, and the breakfast selection is good. Its location is very convenient, offering quick access to the airport via a sky bridge, which is why many flight attendants stay here. The facilities are comprehensive and spotlessly clean. However, the 1 PM closing time for both the Chinese and Lebanese restaurants wasn't ideal; it was quite awkward when I brought friends over, only to find both establishments already closed. Otherwise, a positive experience.

MM370505****I have traveled to several countries and stayed in many five-star hotels. In a poor country like Cairo, I am really surprised that there is such a high-end and cost-effective hotel. This hotel has cured me of all the travel fatigue for half a month and made my children happy. .I am happy. I feel like I am a princess 👸 being pampered. And I am really high-end and classy. GGuest UserThe staff of this hotel was not good, At about 8 PM in the evening, the hotel front desk staff called the room and said that the hotel we booked only allows one person to stay. If two people stay, they need to add an additional fee of 70 US dollars. Very unlogic, so I leave my friend and I booked another hotel.but the facilities and environment is good .only their service is bad

AAce 123$$$What a legendary place! Located in the heart of Egypt, super close to the airport, it is an oasis in the desert. The buffets are delicious and reasonably priced, the two pools are amazing and the green grass soft underfoot. The staff are friendly, the gym is adequate and the rooms are clean. Loved my layover because of this gem of an hotel! Hopefully I'll be back soon!

CcalilopezzThis hotel is located 5 minutes from the airport and is definitely one of the best mid-Price options in the area for a long layover or short stay. The location is NOT great if you want to see the pyramids or museums but great for being near the airport. The pool area is quite nice with a bar next to it and spaces to sunbathe. The restaurants are decent quality and the flavors are a 7/10. We got the Cesar salad, mixed grill plate, and shrimp soup! The shrimp soup was awesome and everything else was just OK! The wifi wasn’t strong unfortunately but if you sign up for the ALL benefits you can get faster wifi for free too. There is a convenience store and souvenir shops in case you forgot a gift for someone too.

WWanderingDervishI had a conference in new cairo and also wanted to stay close to AUC. This hotel is very new and has all the amenities you need. Honestly i was very surprised by the quality of the furniture as its really good for Cairo standards. Bed is super comfortable, you have a microwave and really good television. Safe and place to place your luggage as well. i was on the 4th floor. very quiet too. it also has a gym and a pool which i didnt try but looks very well kept. I just hope that the cleanliness and standards maintain throughout the years as new hotels usually start well but later the quality goes down.
