This is probably the best hotel in Xining. The service and facilities are well-maintained, the rooms are spacious, the bedding is comfortable, and the cleanliness is excellent. It's located in a bustling area with several shopping complexes nearby, which might lead to some noise at night (due to outside activities).

Extremely satisfied! The day before, due to altitude sickness, I had to cancel my reservation, and the hotel promptly confirmed the free cancellation. The next day, I felt much better and was reluctant to miss out on the trip, so I booked this hotel again at the last minute. This desert hotel offered stunning sunsets, stars, and sunrises—truly exceeding my expectations! The butler service was incredibly attentive, and they even prepared a small gift. Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful stay! The room was spacious and well-designed, spotlessly clean, and completely odor-free. The bed was so soft and comfortable, I slept like a baby. The bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, and there was plenty of hot water, with all the essential amenities provided. The hotel staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and friendly. The location is super convenient for transportation, yet the surroundings are peaceful and quiet. It’s definitely an excellent choice for a trip. The hygiene was top-notch; there wasn't a speck of dust or dirt anywhere, and the room was well-ventilated with a comfortable temperature. The soundproofing was fantastic, making for a truly quiet night's rest. The facilities were excellent, with soft, pleasant lighting. The staff were responsive and friendly. This hotel offers much better value for money than others in its price range, and I would genuinely recommend it and definitely return.

Seeing that we had a child, they proactively upgraded our room based on availability, making the whole process smooth and comfortable. Secondly, the hotel rooms are well-equipped, with relatively new facilities, air conditioning, and spacious, clean interiors. Thirdly, during peak delivery times when the robots were overwhelmed, the hotel staff helped deliver our takeout to the room. Their service-oriented mindset and willingness to go the extra mile for guests were impressive. Fourthly, the location is very convenient, making dining, entertainment, and shopping easily accessible. Overall, I personally think this is a hotel worth recommending to good friends.

The hotel is clean, location is great to the nearby supermarket, shopping malls and the wildlife park. Many restaurants around. It would be great if there's dryer attached with washing machine. Breakfast is great, blended with both western and Chinese selections. I came back to stay with Sebel after my previous stay because of the friendly and informative stuffs who have helped me with the luggages and check in. However, why I rated the service with lower point because after I came back to stay for 2 consecutive nights, we have encountered different stuffs that gave totally opposite vibes, which were arrogant and no greetings, no smile.

I had originally booked another hotel, but two days before check-in, I found out it didn't have air conditioning. I promptly switched to this one. It turns out that even in Xining (the 'Summer Capital'), AC is still a must. The hotel's location is excellent; it's incredibly convenient for public transport, with bus stops all around, making it easy to get to the main attractions in the city. There's even a park right across the street. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient. The room was spacious and tastefully decorated, the mattress had just the right firmness, bottled water was generously provided, and there was even a capsule coffee machine. The bathroom was large, with a separate wet and dry area. For breakfast, they offered local specialties like beef noodles, rice noodles, blanched vegetables, and milk tea. I particularly enjoyed the hot dishes because they had a good variety of vegetables. I'll definitely stay here again when I come to Xining.

The location is good, travel is convenient, and the cost performance is also very high. It is highly recommended and makes people feel very comfortable.

The butler, Lina, added me on WeChat and provided incredibly detailed information, including a list of nearby restaurants and attractions. The room decor was lovely, even featuring a plant, and some design elements were very considerate. For example, the body lotion was easily accessible, so you could apply it while watching TV in bed – very relaxing. I hope they can improve the voice control system, consider cleaning the exterior of the windows, and upgrade the bedside alarm clock/Bluetooth speaker, as it falls a bit short compared to other hotels.

The hotel itself is an attraction, blending seamlessly with the surrounding Yardang landforms and adorned with salt lakes and numerous family-friendly facilities. A special shout-out goes to the hotel's butler service for their thorough, comprehensive, patient, and polite explanations, and the breakfast, which far exceeded expectations! Overall, highly recommended!
