We started our final China trip form Ürümqi followed by Turpin and Dunhuang. While our hotels there were reasonable, we felt really comfortable when we stayed at at a Club floor room at Sofitel Xining. Their service was one of the best we have experienced during our seven China trips so far. We enjoyed the comfort and the staff’s dedicated service. Thank you.

Extremely satisfied! Both the facilities and services meet five-star standards. It's an apartment with a fridge and washing machine, perfectly catering to the needs of a whole family. The hotel staff are incredibly responsive to requests, almost anticipating your needs, providing laundry detergent, drinking water, and even toilet paper. The location is excellent, right outside Wangfujing Department Store, and with a supermarket conveniently located behind. It's definitely the top choice for family travel as a transit point!

The room is clean, tidy and large. The Wanda property style is similar to the Wanda InterContinental in Shijiazhuang and Tangshan. The room has no odor and the windows can be opened for ventilation. The location is easy to find. In addition to Wanda, there is also a large Tangdao business district nearby, where Haidilao is very affordable. The price of staying is not too low. I looked at several hotels before coming. Many Xining hotels are vacant, and there are many low-priced options. This time I chose Wanda for the lively business district, and it feels very cost-effective! Wanda's Wanyue Club seems to be very ridiculous, and the quotation is much higher than that of the third party. The check-in experience is great, the front desk is super fast, and the hotel manager Lili Pei's service is very professional. She arranged early check-in, which greatly facilitated this business trip. She also took the initiative to recommend food and surrounding facilities, and reminded to pay attention to the weather. The front square is spacious, with free parking, and the security guards are friendly and attentive. A gas station is just around the corner in the alley next to the hotel, making refueling very convenient.

We were transiting in Golmud. The hotel we booked at first was not very good, so we changed to Hilton. We just looked at the reviews and decided. We thought there would be no star-level hotels in Haixi Prefecture, but the Hilton in Golmud exceeded my expectations. The lobby reception breakfast and guest rooms are all five-star standards, with full marks for details. It is also one of the few hotels with air conditioning. Takeout can be delivered to the door. There is free parking in the underground garage. The breakfast is great. The front desk lady is also very beautiful. The bathroom sanitary ware is also high-standard Duravit and Grohe. The water flow is large and the water pressure is stable, the hot water is sufficient, and there is no sewer smell. The bedding is also very good, the usual King Koil series is comfortable and easy to sleep, which relieves the fatigue of the Qinghai-Gansu Grand Loop. I will stay here again if I have the chance. The room was booked on the 11th floor, which was really comfortable. The hotel was like a different world from the outside world. The heating was really good. A fruit plate was also given. The waitress sent it to the door of the room. The hotel is in a good location with beautiful surroundings. Parking is convenient. The room is clean and tidy. The front desk service is very good, especially the front desk staff Xiao Guo and Xiao Guan. The service is warm and gives people a warm feeling! Everyone is very polite and smiling. Anyway, it is bigger than the 400-a-night homestay in a small county next to Beijing. There is breakfast, and the staff are polite. It is not like a pigeon cage, and it is especially like a star hotel. It is high-end and upscale. I recommend staying here! By the way, the mineral water in the hotel is also delicious~

選擇了平安夜和聖誕節兩天入住本酒店，此次入住整體感受非常好。首先在平安夜當天酒店有準備平安果和小玩偶送給每一位入住的顧客（蘋果很好吃）酒店整體聖誕節氛圍營造的很好，聖誕節也有送精美的小禮品，非常貼心。酒店的酒水吧可以提供咖啡和特調，咖啡品質還不錯，特調有機會再嘗試一下。同時酒店的也有提供早餐，雖然比較簡單，但是整體的口味還是不錯的。酒店的員工整體服務很不錯，因為入住期間要給朋友過生日，酒店提供了很多幫助，相較於上次而言，前台的服務有了很大的提升，客房的工作人員雖然有些疏忽，但是也可以理解，整體瑕不掩瑜。最後説説酒店的環境和衞生，酒店整體房間的配套設施還是比較齊全的，畢竟價位在這裏，衞生方面也很乾凈，中央空調也很暖和，房間內有配備加濕器，巾類齊全，拖鞋提供了兩種供顧客使用，建議可以調整一下每次衹要一刷房卡進門窗簾自動打開這個設定，有點沒必要，建議可以考慮一下。酒店周圍交通便利，離海湖萬達很近，出行很方便，同時酒店提供免費停車，這點還是值得誇獎的。床品方面選擇的也有考究，枕頭和床墊都很舒適。總體來説，作為一家新開業不久的酒店，通過幾次入住體驗下來，能夠感受到酒店對於員工培訓。設施完善，都在不斷的進步當中，是一家用心在經營的酒店，雖然有瑕疵，但是瑕不掩瑜，是一家值得期待的好酒店，值得入住。補充一點，酒店無線網絡網速也不錯，比很多酒店的都要好，點贊
