This is the most prestigious hotel in Xining, and getting to stay at a Sofitel for this price is incredible value for money. The Eiffel Tower replica that greets you in the lobby is quite striking, and the overall French decor is elegant and stylish. From the room window, you get an unobstructed panoramic view of the entire Xining city skyline.

The hotel is a little out of place to be honest. It’s very close to 水上雅丹 but this attraction is not open to foreigners. This hotel has 司机房 for free (for those who has a driver). However, my family and I never NEVER regret staying at this hotel even though the driver mention that it’s out of place and he has to go longer way to Dunhuang. The sky was clear and we were able to see stars (really a lot of stars) and also sunrise and sunset. One thing to share would be HAHA We are a family of 4. Only the first person who showered has hot water. The rest of us showered in cold water. There is a signage saying that the hot water will come again 20 mins after the first person showered but the hot water didn’t come. However, it’s not a big factor and we totally understand because it’s in a middle of desert!! We are luckily to even have water to shower in the first place. Our driver shared with us that this area doesn’t have water pipes so we are really luckily that this hotel does supply water.

This is my go-to hotel for every business trip. The service, facilities, and location are all impeccable. The bedding is comfortable, and everything is spotlessly clean. Wanda J's service attitude was excellent; she helped us upgrade our room type and thoroughly explained the hotel's member benefits. I genuinely recommend this place for anyone on a business trip. From the hotel room window, you can see the Huangshui River and the currently popular Xinghai Road. All in all, this is definitely the top choice for both vacations and business travel.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The room was spotless, and the bedding was as comfortable as sleeping on a cloud. Plus, it had cooking facilities, which was a huge bonus. The staff were incredibly warm and accommodating; they even gave us a free upgrade since we were traveling with our child. The breakfast spread was delicious and abundant, and our little one had a blast. We'll definitely choose this place again for our next trip!

Back in Xining, I didn't hesitate to choose the Wanda Vista Hotel again. The hotel entrance had a lovely aroma that immediately uplifted our spirits. The grand and bright lobby also helped to alleviate our altitude sickness. Since it was a holiday, there were many guests, but everyone was queuing in an orderly fashion. Upon entering the room, we could see the mountain view. At this time of year, green shoots are just starting to appear, giving a vibrant and flourishing feel. The breakfast service was warm and attentive, creating a comfortable and pleasant dining atmosphere. The variety and taste of the food met our needs perfectly. Originally, there was an airport shuttle bus stop right outside the hotel, but it wasn't operating recently. I asked the hotel staff, and they mentioned that due to a recent state visit and subsequent traffic control, the service hasn't been restored yet. I hope the airport shuttle service will be back up and running next time I return, making travel more convenient.

Stepping into the hotel, the atrium's scenery immediately caught my eye. The room was even more of a pleasant surprise, with two clean and tidy beds and cute throw pillows. The landscape painting on the wall complemented the overall style perfectly. The surrounding views from the hotel were also great, and the facilities and services were excellent. From check-in to check-out, every step was delightful. I would definitely recommend it to my friends.

The front desk service was very enthusiastic. When I checked in, I was given cookies, which were delicious and hot. The front desk lady patiently introduced the hotel and the swimming pool and gym. I also went to experience them. The service of the swimming pool staff was also very good and warm. The room was clean and tidy. I will continue to choose this hotel next time.

It was excellent. Staying here felt like becoming part of the scenery itself. The view far exceeded my expectations, like being in a painting. The rooms were very clean, the food in the restaurant was delicious, and the service was excellent. Highly recommended!

The rooms are very big and spacious! Really helps one feel relaxed. The only problem we experienced was that there was a smoke smell in our rooms which was a surprise given we had selected non smoking rooms. The hotel staff made things right though immediately after we complained by switching our rooms. The rest of our stay was great. The location is pretty good with a lot of halal eating options nearby.

Location: Very good, with lots of food nearby, and a taxi to the pedestrian street is just the starting price. Environment: Large and clean, the entire facility is new and in good condition. The breakfast has a lot of variety and is delicious. Service: Very welcoming and patient throughout.
