The selection wasn't extensive, and what really impacted the experience was that most hot dishes were lukewarm throughout, indicating very poor insulation, which significantly detracted from the taste. On the bright side, the service deserves commendation. The front desk and concierge staff were warm, friendly, and highly responsive. They were very patient during check-in and with inquiries, showing great attention to detail. Overall, the hotel excels in service and its retro aesthetic, but there's significant room for improvement in both hardware and breakfast quality.

The bedding is soft and skin-friendly, ensuring a comfortable sleep. Given the significant temperature fluctuations in the Gobi between day and night, both heating and air conditioning are available, along with humidifiers that effectively alleviate the desert's dryness, making the stay warm, moist, and not stuffy. Hot water supply is stable, and the toiletries are of high quality. The room is equipped with a TV, lounge chairs, and tabletops, covering all basic household necessities, with ample storage space. The overall decor is a minimalist, 'interstellar wilderness luxury' style, with soft lighting, making it ideal for both rest and photography. In the evening, the Gobi sunset paints the sky crimson, and the orange-gold afterglow spreads across the yardangs and salt lakes. As the camp lights come on, the 'alien base' vibe is truly complete.

This hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, right next to the central square. Wendy at the front desk was incredibly sweet and helpful. It's super convenient for shopping and dining, and not far from attractions like Ta'er Monastery, making getting around a breeze. The room was clean and spacious, and the bedding was so soft and comfortable. Plus, the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offer great natural light during the day and amazing views of Xining's nightscape – the view is just superb!

I booked this hotel for a quick getaway, mainly because as a five-star property with a pool and gym, the off-season price seemed very reasonable. Upon arrival, the experience was truly stunning! Our butler, Xiao Ai, contacted us in advance. Not only did we receive complimentary breakfast for our multi-night stay, but because it was the off-season, they even upgraded us to a 65-square-meter suite on a higher floor! The hotel's facilities, guest rooms, lobby, dining, and service were all genuinely five-star standard, truly exceeding expectations! The surrounding area is also very lively, with several commercial districts, some trendy and some more local, offering a wide variety of food and drink options. It was also very convenient for driving out of the city. Before we left, the housekeeping staff even gave us some adorable yak plushies, which we loved! This was the biggest little joy of our trip to Xining!

I was very satisfied with my stay this time. The hotel facilities are excellent and well-equipped, making for a comfortable experience. The rooms were thoroughly cleaned and the environment was tidy, which was very reassuring. The staff were warm, thoughtful, and efficient. There's an airport shuttle stop right outside, which makes transportation convenient and saves time and effort getting to and from the airport. Definitely worth staying again.

Stepping into the hotel, the atrium's scenery immediately caught my eye. The room was even more of a pleasant surprise, with two clean and tidy beds and cute throw pillows. The landscape painting on the wall complemented the overall style perfectly. The surrounding views from the hotel were also great, and the facilities and services were excellent. From check-in to check-out, every step was delightful. I would definitely recommend it to my friends.

The front desk service was very enthusiastic. When I checked in, I was given cookies, which were delicious and hot. The front desk lady patiently introduced the hotel and the swimming pool and gym. I also went to experience them. The service of the swimming pool staff was also very good and warm. The room was clean and tidy. I will continue to choose this hotel next time.

The hotel environment is nothing to say, located in the pasture, opposite the snow mountain. We lived in the first room, and the window opened the door to the snow mountain. The hotel includes three meals ➕ Afternoon tea, let's talk about three meals first, we stayed for two days. Each meal is not heavy and tastes very good. Give the chef four stars praise. Afternoon tea is generally very ordinary. The rooms are fully equipped, with floor heating and a large capacity humidifier. The package is great! The only drawback is that there is no independent shower room, there is a separate bubble pool, and the bath has to be turned into the bubble pool to wash. The edge of the bubble pool is a bit high, there is no design step, and it is not very friendly to the elderly. Suggest improvement.

The rooms are very big and spacious! Really helps one feel relaxed. The only problem we experienced was that there was a smoke smell in our rooms which was a surprise given we had selected non smoking rooms. The hotel staff made things right though immediately after we complained by switching our rooms. The rest of our stay was great. The location is pretty good with a lot of halal eating options nearby.

The combination of Chinese and Western food satisfied the taste buds. The location is convenient, it only takes 20 minutes to drive to Ta'er Monastery, and there is convenient parking nearby. The details are carefully considered and it is highly recommended to travelers who pursue quality!
