Very clean, modern hotel. Everything seems like it's brand new. King bed was super comfortable, highly recommend.
There was a male staff at the front desk who checked us in, we arrived around midnight, he was very friendly and spoke great english.
Location is about a 15 minute drive / taxi into the city centre (be warned of the chaotic roads!)

Very cozy apartment, situated in a picturesque neighborhood next to the lovely lake. My kids loved it. Close to the zoo and a Luna park, which we enjoyed very much. Recommend

Overall this hotel is fantastic. Location is good, room is spacious and comfortable, many ammenities and the staff is all lovely.
Unfortunately whoever cleaned my room didn’t do it very well. There was a used hairtie on the armchair and garbage between the bed and window so I didnt want this person touching my things so left the do not disturb on.
Also when I booked the room it said I would have a balcony but I didn’t. I asked about changing to a balcony room but was denied.
Alda went above and beyond with her service helping me set up things outside the hotel. She is a gem.

The hotel is in a fantastic location. A serene and quiet environment. The room was well allocated and the amenities were okay. The breakfast was buffet style with wonderful selection. Also has a restaurant where you can dine in or take out. The receptionist Elti went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable, even borrowed me a charger because I forgot to bring my European socket. He also made sure my car rental was a smooth process.
I would pick this hotel again anytime I travel to Albania.

I’d recommend this hotel without hesitation to anyone visiting Durrës, whether for leisure or business. it’s the ideal blend of comfort, quality, and authentic Albanian hospitality. CCLAUDIAAt the reception as said in all reviews you have to leave 100 euros of capra and 8 euros per person per day for taxes ...e even if I said and showed that on the booking site there was written 1.70 per person he doesn't care!! So it would be the case that the site itself updates because it is a joke!!! I had to add EUR 32 to my booking so there was not all this convenience! The hotel is well and clean, but the rooms are small coats and broken boxes are not just 4 stars!! There is no very low breakfast includes neither coffee nor tea nor cappuccino but only cold milk and ace juice! Dinner if you have a full pension is not even included water, no food you can choose or that or that the card menu is not included in the full pension . absurd!!! Then at the end you don't eat badly, but it's really little to stay with hunger!! I never seen such a thing!!! Thanks to your dreams!!

NNoraLeonI enjoyed my trip at the hotel. All staff were very kind. I was a little nervous because of the missing payment at the entrance. I was tired from the journey and they could have taken this into consideration and sent me to my room and then taken the remaining payment later. At least I expected such kindness. But my entire stay from that day onwards was so wonderful. The room was clean. However, the bathroom supplies were not as written and were missing. For example, it was written as there is a toothpaste. I did not buy toothpaste accordingly. But there wasn't. These are sensitive issues for me. And most people choose their hotel according to what is written in the room. If such sensitive issues are taken into consideration, the hotel is very wonderful, its location is central and you can almost go everywhere on foot (if you like walking). It is both quiet, the employees are great, the housekeeping lady is very polite and meticulous. Except for a few things, I was very pleased. If I go again, this is the hotel I will choose.

Oorganic holidays and Zen lifehotel is great located at the center of Tiarana. Around the heart center of the city. Easy to go alone to the city park and Parlza. Everything is good service, the reception is very helpful and kindly. Have a great breakfast and coffee lounge. Reasonable price for the trip. Room is clean and everyday have helper clean the room. Bed is supper comfortable. Will come again.

GGuest UserThe service was good, the receptionist, staff and manager were very helpful during our stay. the facilities was clean, room were cleaned and tidied daily, different options of meal and styles of cooking at breakfast each day which we loved very much however the lunch meal was changed each day so if you are looking to have lunch at the hotel during your stay you wouldn't have much of an option. Also i would have appreciated a notice about the kids club and activities not available at certain time of the year as that was the main reason i chose Marbella.

GGuest UserHotel location is good and closed to restaurants and coffee shops , just take airport bus to city center and pay 400.00 then take a orange bus number 15 for 3 stations and then used your mobile GPS to lead you to the hotel . The hotel brand new and very very clean hotel . The room must give more attention for decoration . The breakfast is good too .
