Pet Friendly Hotels in Illinois, United States

The hotel is a typical airport hotel, had a very helpful shuttle driver (Ray) and the other staff interacted with were very friendly and helpful.  Located just offsite from the airport, opposite a shopping mall and had a small selection of restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.  Room was clean and had everything needed. Bathroom had good water pressure and provided nice toiletries.  This was a one-night stay prior to flying home from O'Hare and met all needs. 

Very convenient spot next to O'hare with the complimentary shuttle running every 15 minutes. Fun place to eat at the 1st floor as well. Would be even better if they had free water in each room.

It's a bit far from the exhibition hall, but there's no other option during the exhibition. Having a car would make staying here more convenient; otherwise, you'd have to take taxis everywhere. The rooms are relatively quiet.

It seems that there is no breakfast, so it is a good hotel in the surrounding area. Because I need to print a lot of documents when meeting customers, they are all printed at the hotel. It is very convenient to have a computer and a printer.

The room is comfortable, the location is excellent, and the surrounding public transportation is convenient. Breakfast is too single, the end time is early. Service is very good, there is a free shuttle to the campus, there is a free shuttle directly to Champagne Airport.

It's very close to the airport, the facilities are very new, and the living is quite comfortable. The price is much more reasonable than that in the city center. Ctrip wrote that parking charges were charged, but we didn't see the charges after two days of parking. I don't know if the credit card will be charged in two days.

This was booked for my parents, because they both came to my graduation ceremony and found them for them because this house is right next to my house, and the environment is very good, next to the business district, so it is convenient to buy things!

The hotel is bit far from I-55 but it’s still very close. Makes for an easy off and on. Staff is exceptionally nice. Room was exceptionally dated however clean and nothing was broken or damaged. Exercise room was very nice. Breakfast was wonderful for this price range. True scrambled eggs, sausage and bacon, as well as the usual waffles and fruit.

It was very loud not exactly sure what was happening between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 3:00 a.m. music blasting door slamming but I should not have heard that on the 8th floor. I have never stayed somewhere that that has occurred others complained that we're staying at the hotel from the same convention group that I was with about the noise that's why I did not complain because of the response that they got to it that there was basically nothing that could be done about it because of a contract.

When I checked in I was given a room I did not book, so I had to come back down and inform the front desk that it was not the room I booked. She said my room was not ready yet and she would let me know. I sat down in the lobby and within 2 minutes, my room was ready. That seemed odd to me telling me it wasn't ready and then all of a sudden it was. The walls are paper thin and it sounded like the people in the room next to me were in my room. I had to call down twice for a noise complaint in the middle of the night because they were waking me up throughout the night. The hotel was clean, service was friendly but there just seems to be no sound proofing in the rooms. It was frustrating.
