The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming, helping us connect to the Wi-Fi and charge our car. The hotel itself was relatively new, with sofas, desks, and wardrobes—everything we needed was provided. The beach was just a short walk away. Breakfast was average, and the coffee was also just so-so.

I had a wonderful stay at Residence Inn Trabzon. The hotel is perfectly located with a cozy and welcoming atmosphere that made my visit to Trabzon even more enjoyable. What truly stood out was the outstanding hospitality of the staff. A special thank you to Ahmed for his constant support, attentiveness, and kindness throughout my stay. I also want to sincerely thank Lina, the manager, for her professionalism and warm attitude—she ensured everything was smooth and perfect. Additionally, I want to give a shoutout to the evening shift receptionist (I wish I remembered her name) for her helpfulness and friendly demeanor. She was always welcoming and ready to assist with anything, making my evenings at the hotel even more pleasant. If you’re visiting Trabzon and want a place where you’ll feel genuinely cared for, Residence Inn Trabzon is the perfect choice. Huge thanks again to Ahmed, Lina, and the entire team for making my stay so memorable!

The hotel is situated near the central park and street. The hotel corresponds its price. If you need some place to sleep, take a shower and discover Trabzon it's quite a good option.

Otele ilk geldiğimde rezervasyonumuzun görünmediğini söylediler ve resepsiyondaki arkadaş acentelerde takılmış olabileceğini belirtti,acentelerle iletişime geçerek rezervasyonumuzu buldu,ilgi alaka en üst düzeyde,otel çalışanlarına çok teşekkür ediyoruz,temizlik,odaların genişliği çok iyi,açık büfe kahvaltı çok geniş seçenekleri barındırıyor,burada tekrar kalmak isteriz

Чтобы просто переночевать, то да и то одному без детей. Номер забронировали семейный (4 человека), итог: 3 кровати и 1 поломанная раскладушка. Подушки такие, что утром шею не возможно было повернуть, как будто в наволочку наложили кирпичей. При бронировании указано: выезд 23:30. При заселении нам не сказали про правила выселения. Утром не торопясь мы поехали гулять по городу. Приехали вечером, а в номер попасть не могли, так как они перепрограммировали ключ, вещи в номере. Хотели, чтобы мы ещё заплатили за ночь. Мы показываем им условия брони, где указано: выезд 23:30, ответ: это системная ошибка. Ручка отсутствовала снаружи, поэтому когда мы выходили из номера и закрывали дверь, нам приходилось звать сотрудников, чтобы они вскрывали дверь. Но персонал отличный это плюс большой😁
