The hotel room looked nice, but as soon as we entered, there was a strong smell. It was a stuffy smell, and later I realized it was coming from the bathroom drain. Every time I went to the bathroom or use the toilet, I felt nauseous. We had arrived late at night, so we were going to get up late, but the Arab guests in the next room were shouting on the phone, ruining our sleep. (The walls are thin, and you can hear the voices of the staff and guests coming through the doors.)

Everything was brilliant except they didn't put on some personal needs like a scissors, a toothbrush, a barber moustache. The breakfast was brilliant. The hygiene is unique. The deal is very elegant. Easy access and exit from the site are unique. Except for the requests I mentioned.

I also want to sincerely thank Lina, the manager, for her professionalism and warm attitude—she ensured everything was smooth and perfect. Additionally, I want to give a shoutout to the evening shift receptionist (I wish I remembered her name) for her helpfulness and friendly demeanor. She was always welcoming and ready to assist with anything, making my evenings at the hotel even more pleasant. If you’re visiting Trabzon and want a place where you’ll feel genuinely cared for, Residence Inn Trabzon is the perfect choice. Excellent apart hotel. I washed all my things. Two rooms, good view. A day was enough to see the city. There is the Meydan (main square), which smoothly transitions into the market and Forum (large shopping center). On Meydan I exchanged dollars at a rate better than the official one, there are large exchange offices near McDonald's. The view from the window is excellent, the birds are singing. Who needs to cook, there is a lot of everything for this. WiFi is fast enough, it showed about 60 Mbit/s in my room at the moment
