Были в семейном номере и мне очень понравилась обстановка в отеле. на 1 этаже люди играли в приставки, игры, настольный теннис, футбол. есть столовая, но цены неоправданно высокие. Есть серф кофе. Само местоположение суперское, высоко в горах, рядом альпаки парк, подъемник, вид шикарный. Есть магазин продуктовый! Советую

Отель на 4, номер выходил на сторону улицы, из-за этого очень шумно, в номере нет чайника, воду не выдают, ковролин в номере в печальном состоянии. Бассейн тёплый, хороший - единственный плюс. Также выдают халаты и полотенца для бассейна.

Не компетентные сотрудники на ресепшене, не смогли объяснить где находится отель. Карта показывает неправильную точку, пришлось мотать круги. В номере холодно, позвонила на ресепшен, сказали, придет молодой человек и включит. Так и не пришел, нашла сама и включила. За 3820 рублей без завтрака с таким подходом сотрудников считаю дорого. Чайника в номере нет, кулер с холодной и горячей водой в коридоре, из горячей бежит холодная. Отель чистый, в номере все принадлежности есть, халат, тапочки тоже присутствуют. Все впечатления об отеле портят сотрудники.
