Были в семейном номере и мне очень понравилась обстановка в отеле. на 1 этаже люди играли в приставки, игры, настольный теннис, футбол. есть столовая, но цены неоправданно высокие. Есть серф кофе. Само местоположение суперское, высоко в горах, рядом альпаки парк, подъемник, вид шикарный. Есть магазин продуктовый! Советую

Чайника в номере нет, кулер с холодной и горячей водой в коридоре, из горячей бежит холодная. Отель чистый, в номере все принадлежности есть, халат, тапочки тоже присутствуют. Все впечатления об отеле портят сотрудники.
