Great
GGuest UserGreat spot close to the centre of town but in a little side street, so nice and quiet. We stayed for 4 nights, everyone was friendly and helpful with recommendations for restaurants, day tours etc. Brekky was certainly above average!
TTraveller SwissMama Shelter in Lisbon is an absolute gem of a hotel! 😍 It only opened in 2022, so it feels incredibly modern, fresh, and stylish.
The location is fantastic – perfect for exploring the city. The rooftop bar is a real highlight, with a great vibe and amazing views. The restaurant is also bustling every evening, offering a cool atmosphere with a touch of party-like energy.
If you're looking for design, good vibes, and a lively hotel, this is definitely the place to be. Highly recommended – I'd book it again in a heartbeat! 🎉
GGuest UserSuch a lovely hotel so central in cascais. Its new and done v well, and v clean. The restaurant is stunning. All the staff so friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble for any of them. Made our stay more than pleasant.
Rooms are spacious with gorgeous lightings and beautifully decorated.
Would highly recommend
YYulinglongThe location is very convenient, close to the subway entrance. The newly renovated room has convenient facilities, good hot water, and comfortable beds. The front desk and restaurant waiters are very kind, enthusiastic and thoughtful. There are several restaurants nearby, making it convenient to eat.
GGuest UserThis hotel should not be rated as 5 stars, it is definitely misleading by Trip.com! ! ! Almost 3 stars, 4 stars service. This hotel is not a star on Booking. It can be regarded as a boutique hotel.
The room is really big, the decoration is very beautiful, full of court style. But the main entrance of the hotel is on a small hillside, you need to walk up the steps, and you will pass a whole row of trash cans. (Picture 1-3) Then, there is no elevator in the hotel, all take the stairs, the whole hotel is about 6 or 7 suites. Very small size, not to mention gym and pool facilities.
The service is very good, the waiter will help carry the luggage to your room, breakfast is also prepared by the waiter, one person, there is freshly squeezed juice on the day, a variety of bread, cheese, ham, eggs and yogurt, very delicate, not enough to continue, but not the kind of hotel buffet.
In general, it is not up to the 5-star standard. If you look forward to the supporting facilities and facilities of a 5-star hotel like us, don't choose this one. If you want to experience the court-style room, you can choose.
HHectorTo be honest the moment we arrived to the street it is located we were far from amazed: it looked old, full of graffities and quite poor, but it turn out to be very safe, convenient (full of small food and hygine stores), next to the oldes tram line (one of the city attractions) and just a walk up to the historical part of Lisbon. The hotel itself is what you may expect: small but adequate rooms without air conditioning (truth to be told, the fan was more than enough even in August) and the shared bathrooms were way better than I thought, one per 2-3 rooms, big and very clean. Considering how fxxxx expensive the hotels in Lisbon are, this one is a good option.
