Doubletree, Krakow is excellent. The Polish staff are professional and efficient. It's a tram away from the Old Town (reviewers complaining of the distance are either ignorant, lazy, or entitled). You can actually take a tram from two stops, which can get you pretty much to the major tourist areas such as Wawel Castle or even Podgorze where the Krakus Mound is located. Hilton includes a sauna, a 24-hour gym, and a really good breakfast with smoothies, desserts, and local Polish bread and honey. They surprisingly even served champagne one morning. Rooms are above standard and the hotel feels very new. During lean months (up to March), rooms are affordable but during conference months and high tourist season, Doubletree can get packed - with good reason. As expected, you get the Hilton chocolate chip cookie at check-in.
The hotel is situated next to a large, beautiful park and is just two tram stops from Krakow. A bus stop is conveniently located a mere two-minute walk from the entrance, making transportation very easy. There are several other hotels in the vicinity, and a small supermarket is also nearby. I particularly enjoyed the room's interior color scheme, and the bathroom was impeccably clean.
Great Service and Comfortable Stay
I had a wonderful stay, The receptionists were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. I really appreciated being able to check in early, which made my trip much more convenient.
The room was comfortable and well-maintained, though the view from my window wasn’t the best. Additionally, the location was a bit farther from the city than I had anticipated, but it was still manageable.
Overall, I was very happy with my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for its excellent customer service!
The location is fantastic. The room was a bit small, likely due to being right by the train station, but it's perfect for exploring the city on foot. It was particularly convenient for our trip to the Wieliczka Salt Mine, as we could leave our luggage at the hotel and collect it on our way back. The front desk staff were incredibly nice!
The hotel is in a great location between Auschwitz and Energylandia. It is a really nice hotel. Unfortunately, they are not so good at keeping it clean. In the 5 days we were there, they didn't even manage to refill the toilet paper in the room. We had to do it ourselves.
There is a restaurant below the hotel and our room was right above it. Loud music played in the garden until 11 p.m. You would have thought the music was in our room, it was so loud. Otherwise, the room was really big. The fridge in the room was also very loud, so you couldn't sleep. We turned it off.
The breakfast buffet was OK. I've seen better ones, but also much worse ones.
You can see that the hotel is a bit old. But overall, it was good for the price.
Check-in was nice and easy. The hotel is located in a convenient location, but outside the Old Town so you save a little on price. I was able to get a bucket of ice each day. My only complaint was the mini-fridge. It was the size of a small microwave and crammed with over-priced items with no room left for a beer.
Breakfast with various choice and different kinds of foods, good environment but nil restaurant, supermarket nears the hotel.
One things strange is that they only provide complimentary on the first days no matter how long you stay
Overall you get what you pay.
The location is in a nice location, not far from key attractions and Old Town.
The rooms are spacious although the decorations are a bit from previous era and old school.
The staff is nice and friendly. Many groceries and restaurants in the area as well as tram for easier transportation.
This is my second time here. The first time was amazing. I didn't expect there would be new surprises the second time. I love it❤️. There are many restaurants nearby and the food is great. I like it very much!
Excellent hotel! The location, service and breakfast of the hotel are impeccable. The design, supplies, hygiene and space of the room also meet the high standards of a five-star hotel. It is especially worth mentioning that from the time we checked in at midnight to the time we checked out three days later, the front desk service was warm and considerate from beginning to end, and they responded to all our requests! The daily cleaning of the room was extremely clean and tidy. Because of this hotel, I will like Krakow even more. If I have the opportunity to come again, I will definitely choose to stay here. Definitely recommended!

Amazing
CCiqingdaOverall quite good. The location is very good, the design is very modern, the small suite is large in size, the lounge area is well arranged, the welcome dessert is delivered, the water pressure is very comfortable, the restaurant and bar are open until late, and the room is delivered 24 hours a day. Delivery is also very fast. The type and taste of breakfast are OK. Disadvantages that can be picked out: In addition to standard pillows, other types of pillows are limited and not very comfortable; free water has a large glass bottle of 750ml, which is not very good to carry out; lighting control is not intelligent, the total control can turn off the headlights, some must be manually turned off; hygiene is slightly flawed.
AAnonymous UserLoved the place. Right next to the central train station, which also had a huge mall and supermarkets near by. Close to old town. The apartment was spacious with a kitchen, including a microwave, stove for cooking, utensils, plates and fridge. The room was slightly warm (perhaps because we did not know hot to operate the AC) but it was alright. The bedroom was facing a road and could get a little noisy at night when people walked past/ loud cars went through, but it didn't wake me up or anything. There was also ample space in the closet. The staff there were also very helpful and nice during our interaction. Would recommend.
GGuest UserThe hotel is right opposite to the Krakow Main Station and a big shopping mall, and is around 10 minutes from the gate of the Old Town. The hotel has a cool lobby too. The staff was friendly and polite. The room was slightly too small but it got a very decent and cool decoration and could be controlled with a tablet (including the TV). The bed was comfortable. Yet, the lack of a gym/pool might be an issue to those who want to exercise. Overall, this is a hotel of very decent quality and professional staff!
AAnnmarie 73Room was good, bed and pillow a little hard for me but clean and fresh. Bathroom quite small but very clean and modern looking. Breakfast was amazing, lots of variety and seys you up for the day
AAnonymous UserThe location is super good! 5 minutes walk from the train station or bus station to 😄
But the hotel is a bit old, the sound insulation is poor, the bath is very slow, the bed is too soft, the wife is too soft 🙂↕️
AAnonymous UserThe room overlooking the square made the stay interesting as the view of the square was superb.
Easy access to Carrefour express marts, f&b outlet, etc.
Just that ride hailing car could not bring us into the square so we had to drag our suitcases about 50m from the hotel to check in.
Don't know if this helps: we asked our friendly desk staff (see the pic) for a cab upon checkout, and it came right in front of the hotel (in the square). But it was at 0530hrs!
AAnonymous UserB&B hotel located in Nowy Targ, a town close to Zakopane. The room is clean and tidied everyday. With amenities like water boiler, hair dryer, etc. everyday there is 2 bottled water provided. Location is close to Nowy Targ bus station and restaurants. A supermarket right next to the hotel, opened until 2330. I definitely recommend this hotel if you are planning to ski in zakopane.
KKingston VHeating wasn’t working properly. The front desk tried fix it but didn’t work so they upgraded me to a different room. The original bathroom has a strong 渠味. Check in is supposed to be done though getting the PIN code via SMS but didn’t work with me until I had to call them twice. No front desk reception either but they are available on WhatsApp.

HHANNo breakfast is ordered, and breakfast can be enjoyed at cafes, bakeries, and fast food restaurants near the apartment. The location is very convenient, walk from the train station to the store for 6 or 7 minutes, but pay attention to the direction; walk to the entrance of the old city for 5 minutes. The staff at the front desk of the apartment was very warm and friendly. The 4 bed room was booked. There was WIFI in the room, heating, clean and the bath water was big enough. But the other conditions are too general, the door panels are basically not soundproof...
