Pet Friendly Hotels in Chu, Kyrgyzstan

We stayed at the hotel for 9 nights. The room was clean and cozy, equipped with all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay. The water pressure in the shower was so strong it felt like a great massage. The hotel staff are young, friendly and very attractive, always ready to help. Special thanks to the lady working as the head chef in the kitchen for the delicious breakfasts. She always smiled, which created a wonderful atmosphere in the dining room. We can definitely recommend this hotel. And if we ever find ourselves in Bishkek again, we'll stay at this hotel once more.

Luckily, my visa hadn't expired yet. The flight wasn't crowded, and despite the heavy snow and bad weather, we arrived late at night. The lobby was incredibly warm, and since it was just before Christmas, the decorations on the first floor were beautiful. With the festive Christmas music playing, it immediately felt cozy and romantic, just like a Christmas movie. The lobby has plenty of seating, including single armchairs, sofas for two, and larger group arrangements, perfect for relaxing or chatting. I booked a single room; it wasn't huge but felt very cozy. The mattress was comfortable, and the breakfast was good. The service was also very attentive. As an introvert, I really appreciated the overall vibe. Plus, the light meal options at the downstairs restaurant were quite good.

During our stay with family, the front desk staff provided warm and thoughtful service. They even took the initiative to help hold the door open when they saw we were traveling with the elderly and children. The guest room was clean, tidy and spacious, with a wet-dry separated bathroom that was convenient and comfortable to use. The room had ample heating, ensuring a cozy stay for both the elderly and kids. The hotel is located close to the museum and the square, making it easy to go out and visit scenic spots. Our child absolutely loved the hotel swimming pool. We were very satisfied with the overall stay experience.

The reception is not helpful, aircondition is not working, we requested for fan but they do not have a fan, the room was too warm. During breakfast, as we are rushing because we have a tour to go, we were not allowed to have breakfast, none of the staff were helpful, the old lady in the kitchen was so rude, she wouldn’t let us have a small quick breakfast, even if it’s already 8 am , the start of breakfast.  I will not recommend this hotel

It provided easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and public transportation, making it an excellent base for both business and leisure travelers. Whether I wanted to explore the city or simply enjoy a quiet evening nearby, everything was within reach. The hotel’s amenities added extra value to the experience. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was particularly useful for staying connected and planning daily activities. Additionally, the common areas were well-kept and comfortable, offering a relaxing environment to unwind. Breakfast was another positive aspect of my stay. The selection was varied enough to suit different tastes, and the quality of the food was consistently good. It was a pleasant way to start each day before heading out. If I were to mention a minor area for improvement, it would be that the hotel could expand its dining options or provide more variety in certain services. However, this did not significantly impact my overall experience. In conclusion, Lavitor Hotel offers a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay with excellent service and well-maintained facilities. It strikes a good balance between affordability and quality, making it a great choice for travelers seeking a reliable and pleasant accommodation experience. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit.

I had a great experience at Novotel Bishkek City Center. The hotel is modern, clean, and very well managed. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped, with everything needed for both business and leisure stays. The staff was extremely professional, friendly, and always ready to help. Check-in was smooth, and the service throughout the stay was excellent. The location is also very convenient, close to the city center and many key places in Bishkek. Breakfast had a good variety and the restaurant service was very pleasant. Overall, it’s one of the best hotels in Bishkek for comfort, service, and quality. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the city.

The room was quite small for the price, leaving little room for movement. Booking via Ctrip was very convenient. The hotel is conveniently located, and the local restaurants are reasonably priced.

The best hotel for families, spacious and clean. It feels like home. We stayed twice in a month. The staff is helpful. We recommend it.
