The biggest advantage of this hotel is its location, but honestly, everything else feels a bit subpar compared to other four-star chains like Hilton. Perhaps it's because Venice's urban infrastructure is quite old. The hotel lobby is nice, but the in-room facilities have some flaws, like certain glued-on fixtures that easily fall off. They do have both new European and old Italian standard power outlets, which is, I guess, okay. There are also a few other minor imperfections, and around 2 AM, there seemed to be a party with young people nearby.
Overall, though, the location and experience justify the price. There are plenty of dining options nearby; I recommend trying some of the highly-rated restaurants for pasta, pizza, and gelato – the prices are good too. After all, hotels on the main island are even less cost-effective and have older facilities. If you have higher expectations for your experience, I'd suggest going a few kilometers away to a Hilton Garden Inn or similar. The price is about the same, the facilities are better, but transportation isn't as convenient. Otherwise, you'd have to pay double the price for something on the main island. For lower expectations, you could try other nearby hostels that aren't hotels.
The location is perfect, just two minutes from Lido Santa Maria Elisabeth (SME) Station. It's the best option for connecting to the main island and the airport! The facilities are old and only a three-star hotel, but it's great value for money and convenient transportation.
Since it was the Biennale, I booked a room in the mid-200,000 won range,
but I think 100,000 won would be the best deal. ^^
I stayed for six days and had no issues. The bathroom and toilet were both in good condition.
The table service I would say is excellent. The modern structure. I would say the young lady at the reception is very helpful and kind. Good and plentiful breakfast. Finally a clean room. I gladly go back.

The room was much more spacious than expected, a significant improvement compared to London hotels. The bathroom was a good size and clean. The hotel is conveniently located near Mestre train station, with a Chinese supermarket and many restaurants nearby. We booked a standard twin room. There are also many other large hotels in the vicinity. Overall, it was a very good experience. Just a heads-up, there were no toothbrushes or cups provided.
Nice hotel, clean, neat, and the staff were friendly overall.
However, I was a bit disappointed with the service regarding the hair dryer. Although one was provided, I had to collect it from reception myself instead of having it delivered to my room. At checkout, I was also asked to return to my room to bring the hair dryer back to reception.
I don’t feel this reflects the level of service expected from a four-star hotel.

Friendly Staff and Great Tips for Visiting Venice
We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Centrale. What really made the experience special was the incredibly friendly and helpful staff. They kindly explained to us the easiest way to visit Venice without driving into the city.
Instead of driving and paying expensive parking fees in Venice (which can be at least €25 or more), they suggested taking Bus 7 or 7E, which goes directly to Venice with the last stop near the main area. The journey only takes about 20 minutes, making it very convenient. They also recommended a nearby parking area costing around €12, which saved us quite a bit.
The hotel itself is comfortable and practical. The room was a good size with everything we needed, including a nice hot shower after a long day of travel. Breakfast was good, and the hotel seems quite popular. There is also a little shop just next door so you can just buy whatever that you need.
The surrounding town is simple, but the hotel’s location is very convenient for visiting Venice. We also appreciated that dogs are allowed, which made traveling with our pet much easier.
Overall, the friendly service and helpful local advice made a big difference to our stay.
The location is quite convenient, about a 10-15 minute walk to the train station, and there are bus stops nearby.
There's no kettle, and all drinks in the mini-fridge, including a 500ml bottle of mineral water, cost 1.5 euros. The tray only has two glass cups, with no free coffee or tea for brewing. Even though I never use them, their absence makes the hotel seem cheap. The only saving grace was that the restaurant staff downstairs were very nice and willing to fill my thermos with hot water. There was only toilet paper, no facial tissues. This is the stingiest four-star hotel I've ever stayed in.
I had already paid the full room rate, but upon check-in, they insisted on scanning my passport and credit card together for their records. Luckily, I had covered my security code beforehand. I don't understand why this rundown place needed to keep a credit card on file, probably for those overpriced drinks in the fridge? I'd been traveling for ten days, and all other hotels only required an additional city tax payment. This old-fashioned place was the only one that insisted on a credit card deposit.
Very convenient location near the motorway, shopping centre, restaurants. Short distance to Lake Garda and Verona. Quiet location, large free parking lot, very friendly staff. Would happily come again

In order to better express my feelings, I translated it from Chinese to English and then into Italian. I hope you can understand it. This hotel is very comfortable, even if I am traveling alone. The owner of the hotel is a very enthusiastic person! ! Why? First of all, I admire him very much. He is on duty at night and works hard! Secondly, this hotel has a lounge, and you can enjoy the music and beautiful scenery at night! ! Because my friend said to take me out to other places, I came back to the hotel very late that night. I was greeted by the enthusiasm and patience of the hotel owner! ! Because I was very happy that night and a little tipsy. I told the boss that I wanted to jump into the swimming pool naked, and the boss did not refuse, and also prepared a bath towel for me and asked me to pay attention to my body! He is really a very warm-hearted person!! Breakfast is also very sufficient! ! Before I checked out, the boss even gave me a bath towel with their hotel logo for me to keep as a souvenir. Thank you very much! ! I will stay in this hotel again next time! ! !(In addition, the flowers in the picture were not picked by me, I picked them up on the floor of the hotel.) !
This was a last minute booking for a spur of the moment trip to Venice from Piran. The location couldnt be more perfect as it was just 5 minutes from Doge Palace. The furnishings was a little outdated but it was completely fine for a 1 night stay.
Friendly, prompt and attentive staff with great view at the restaurant while having our buffet breakfast. Clean, pleasant room. Great location near train station.
Hotel Nazionale was a good hotel for the price. The rooms were clean, though a bit dated. The size is what you expect for a double (two beds put together) in Venice, enough to move around. The room had few amenities such as tv, desk, AC, but the dryer was a dated wall mounted dryer. The location is right next to the train station, so the easy to getting to the hotel was wonderful, and it’s right near a water bus station, so you have access to quick trips around Venice. The staff was friendly and helpful. Though you do have to move your bags up some stairs to the lobby yourself. The complimentary breakfast was appreciated. It wasn’t fancy, but it provided a free meal to start the day, and options included fruit, bread, cereals, meats, and eggs.
The facility is old but all well functional. Anyways this building can be traced back to year 1879. All the staff are very friendly. They have upgraded our room because of honeymoon, really appreciate that. The interior decoration is very vintage and classic. The breakfast is really out of our expectation. Overall a very cost effective choice! Also, the location is great and it is quite near to the train station, no need to take your luggage to cross the bridges! Overall highly recommend for its cost effective!
Excellent location just next to the railway station, New hotel everything is newly served, Excellent breakfast, cost worthy options, Staffs are also very friendly Wonderful experience in Venice. Will definitely revisit!
