Extremely close to the station, making it very convenient for transportation. The front desk staff were also very welcoming.

For the price, the hotel's location is quite good. It's about a 20-euro taxi ride to the Duomo, and the metro is extremely convenient, with the station just a 5-minute walk away. Nearby, there's a restaurant called Osteria Molo 13, which I believe is a local seafood chain. They offer a great variety of seafood, including oysters and mussels, and it's excellent value for money. While the breakfast was the same every day, it was actually quite plentiful. The single room wasn't small by Milan standards, and it was clean and very quiet.

The room size was comfortable and spacious enough for a pleasant stay. One thing I really liked was that each room has its own parking space right in front, making it very convenient to unload luggage and access the room directly. The in-room amenities were complete and sufficient for a comfortable stay. The only downside was the shower enclosure, which was quite narrow, even for an average-sized Asian male, making it a little uncomfortable to use. Breakfast was a standard breakfast. Overall, it was a good stay with convenient parking and decent facilities.

I had an amazing experience during my stay at Hotel Metropol Suisse-Como.The central location with stunning lake views made the visit even more special. Our room was cleaned thoroughly every single day, and the standard of cleanliness was outstanding. The staff throughout the hotel were incredibly caring and polite. The bar staff were always friendly and attentive, and the food in the restaurant was absolutely delicious. I was genuinely impressed that the team even remembered exactly how I like my coffee — such a thoughtful touch that made me feel truly valued as a guest. I was travelling with my mum, who has mobility difficulties, and the staff went above and beyond for her. They were always ready to help, often running to open the doors for her without us even asking. Their kindness really meant a lot to us. A special mention goes to Elvira, who was wonderfully attentive and polite during breakfast every morning. She always asked about our experience and made sure we had everything we needed. The reception staff were also outstanding, regularly checking if there was anything more they could do to make our stay even better. The food in the restaurant was superb, and it was lovely to see the owner present and engaging with guests to make sure everyone was happy. Overall, it was a truly exceptional experience from start to finish. I cannot praise the hotel enough and will definitely be returning again and again. Highly recommended!

Not too far from the city center, it's about a 4-stop metro ride or a 45-minute walk to the Duomo. There's a medium-sized Carrefour just a two-minute walk away, and the Line 4 metro station entrance is a five-minute walk. The room itself is tiny, but the bathroom is surprisingly spacious. You can ask for a kettle at the front desk. There were only two power outlets, which was a bit inconvenient. I stayed for two nights, and they not only cleaned the room but also tidied up, even placing my boots and slippers, which I'd left on the floor, neatly in their designated spots.

The room was spacious, and the location is exceptionally convenient. Since the hotel is situated so close to the main train station, you easily can travel to other European countries without needing a taxi. Access to the airport is also incredibly convenient, with both the train and bus stops just a short walk away. However, we did encounter a few setbacks during our stay: the air conditioning unit started dripping water as soon as we turned it on, and no complimentary drinking water was provided in the room. Also, the breakfast did not quite meet our expectations. Lack of option.

Every time I visit Milan, I stay here. The location is incredibly convenient, very close to the Duomo and several metro stations, making it easy to get to attractions, the Central Station, and the airport express. The room comes with breakfast, which is quite ample and includes fresh fruit. The freshly baked bread is also delicious. The soundproofing in the rooms is excellent; once the double-glazed windows are closed, you can't hear the trams or other street noise. The room itself is clean and tidy, and actually looks much better in person than in the pictures. Highly recommend staying here!

The hotel was reasonably priced, the room was clean to my satisfaction, and the sheets and towels were new. The location was convenient, being close to the MRT station. The front desk staff were helpful and provided information on nearby attractions and restaurants, which was a big plus. The air conditioning was quiet, and I slept soundly all night. The only downside was the small room size, but it was still quite a good deal for the price.

Based on high expectations and experience of luxury hotels: Friendly staff, surprised to have access to room before 11am ( without needing to pay extra) always appreciate when hotels are sensible knowing the room was available and why not. Hotel was delightfully fragranced with good storytelling throughout ; for leisurely enjoyment and increasing our time spent at the hotel. Room was very bright , contemporary design with comfortable easy to manage digital controls for lighting and climate control. Likewise bathroom was spacious and practical. Linen felt luxurious for the “price of hotel” I highly recommend the hotel as I have been to Milano many times and stayed in the centre or near Centrql station but decided to try Navigli area for a change. The subway line was very convenient to go to Brera and actually to Central train station or the Linate airport. We had dinner and also breakfast at the hotel; both occasions exceeded our expectations. True value for money AND delicious , generous portions / offering with excellent bespoke service !!! Will want to stay there again !

The hotel building seamlessly blends modern design with a vintage, historical feel, giving it a distinctive exterior. Our group booked three rooms, each of which was exceptionally spacious and very comfortable. The check-in process at the front desk was simple and efficient, with almost no waiting time. The hotel provides a shuttle bus service to and from the Duomo, which is very convenient for exploring the city center. Compared to most hotels in Europe, the breakfast here is particularly diverse, offering a wide array of hot and cold dishes, desserts, and fruits. The overall service quality was excellent. I'd especially like to commend Ms. Zheng from the breakfast restaurant. She was always smiling and proactively attended to every table, providing thoughtful and meticulous service that brightened our mornings every day.
